I purchased a Raymond Weil moonphase from Ashford. Less than 2 months later the thing was broken... I sent it back--- which cost me 50 bucks, then had to wait over a month to get the "repaired" watch back. It was returned and worked for about a week before breaking again. Ashford would not return the watch and instead said that they would "repair" it again. Customer service not helpful, and now, Ive owned the watch for almost a year and have only had it operational for 3 months... A TOTAL JOKE. I will never use them again, they do not do quality repairs and sell substandard watches.

I'm not gonna lie I was a little skeptical about Ashford. But I ordered my Eterna Men's Galaxis watch on april 14th, it came april 16th! Note this watch is orignally costing $1,200. I got it for $192.00. Came in it's original factory box. And IT WORKS. Anybody who has anything bad to say about ashford.com is a hater.

Ordered the watch on Thursday night (easter weekend, Australia time), delivered in my hands on Tuesday AM (would have been Monday if not for the public holiday). Genuine Raymond Weil, 1/3 of the price and significantly cheaper than any other site. Definitely the genuine item. Super Happy

I bought a new Swiss Army Military Scuba watch and after one month the pin and screw holding the clasp fell out and the screw was lost. I sent it back and they told me after numerous emails and aggravation that it wasn't covered and they couldn't get the part. I should get it myself. Too bad Ashford, my last purchase with you. PG

I have bought 15 watches from Ashford and almost everything was O. K.
Mechanical watches were 100% O. K.
Quartz watches had empty bateries in some cases, but replacement was cheap & easy for me, so I didn´t claim it.
Delivery from US to Europe was very very fast and free of charge.
Just one negative point - packaging should be better, I mean more durable.

When I placed my order it took forever to get here, and I got no response from their customer service. Never did, but it finally arrived. Now I have been trying to return the watch I bought for Christmas for my son and of course no response after multiple inquiries. I buy most items online and this is the worst experience I have had in a long time. If you value your time and money I would stay away!

I ordered a watch for Christmas for my father who decided to go with something else, so we are trying to return the watch. The Edox watch feels cheap and I can't confirm it's authentic. Before buying the watch I clearly read their return policy and it seemed ok.
Now that I'm trying to return the watch, I've contacted them through email and by phone to get a Return Authorization number. They said they'd email it to me within 24 hours, but I haven't received anything from them. No replies, no emails...
About a week later, I finally called them and got through. They said the email had been sent already, but I hadn't received anything. They said they'd resend it, and this time I got the email with the Return Authorization #. Sent it in that day via UPS verified postage. They got it that week. Waited for about 2 weeks and finally got the refund.
I probably won't shop hear again. Just because there's too many other places that don't make you jump through hoops to return a product and get a refund.

I ordered a brand new womens EDOX Grand Ocean and the chronometre doesn`t stop on the top at 12:00. These crooks seem to sell defective watches globally... why is this shop still up & running? Honestly?... It should be shut down immediately!

Bought a Breiting Chronometre 44... Package came timely and appeared OK. The Chronometre does not work... No one answers the service line or online chat. I'm holding on call with sales representative. If I do not get results I will file a complaint with the NY Attorney General's Office. I despise con artist, I certainly hope that sales Rep Larry I initially talked with wasn't one.

Bad customer support

I am not a complainer in general. But this site just got my nerve finally. I placed an order for a Seiko Solar watch two weeks before Christmas. I was told it got processed when I trying to use a promo code. I said fine. But it never made to my door before, on or after Christmas. Called and chatted with customer service, Was told twice that they have to check the order management. Never got back. The person had attitude when I was on phone just simply explain the situation. This is will be the last time ordering for sure.

All three of the Gucci watches I got through Ashford.com were real (I had them authenticated because I was paranoid) but the Prada bag they sold me was fake, fake, fake (I had a real one to compare it to). I ended up calling them and reading them the riot act... they didn't admit that the bag was a fake but they didn't say it wasn't, either, and they ended up giving me an immediate refund.

Ashford is so terrible!

The ashford live chat staff is so terrible when i open a live chat at the midnight, the staff just only reply" I'll be right with you " and I had to wait there for 40minutes, I'm so angery and told her I would write a letter of complaint to her higher authority, she closed the live chat immediately!

I am posting this review so that other people will not be victimized by Armand Nicolet's shabby products or Ashford's dishonesty and incompetence.

If possible, I would give Ashford and this watch zero stars. I bought the watch from Ashford.com in December 2015. Almost immediately after I got it, the chronograph's reset button failed. I sent to watch to Ashford for repairs since the watch was still under warranty. They kept it for over 4 months without sending me any information about when I might expect to get the watch back. Finally, my patience ran out and I called Ashford. They eventually sent the watch back - of course on a date that was days after the return date they told me over the phone - and the watchs chronograph reset button IMMEDIATELY BROKE AGAIN. So I sent the watch back to Ashford for repairs. After a couple of months they sent it back; but instead of fixing the watch's reset button they had comprehensively destroyed the watch itself. It did not work at all when I unpacked and tried to restart it.

After all this I sent the watch back to Ashford a third time. After about two months, I got an email back from them saying that I will need to spend $500 to get the watch repaired by them, even though it's still on warranty and failed twice to repair the watch properly. So, rather than get screwed by Ashford a third time, I have had them send the watch back to me. I would be very foolish to trust them to repair this watch a third time after their previous failures.

Well, thats my sad story. Consider yourself warned!

Ashford selling a defective watches. During 6 month I had repair twice. Also very bad communication, the seller doesnt reply to the letters, doesnt answer the phone. I advice to avoid Ashford.

Just received a gift from a friend and behold, my worst FEAR --- Ashford is a FAKE - The return policy brochure had typos, bad return policy: for a refund one needs to pay ASHFORD back for shipping Plus the item should not have been opened (seal not broken), and an immediate return: - then I knew who they are --- Chinese FAKES - Amazon, should not be allowing such dealers as parters or/and Amazon sellers need to clearly state the truth. FAKES -Chinese product!, Instead of RADO - Switzerland! Remember these are highly priced products - Simply not fair!

Sold a brand new watch in attractive price or cheap price. If you want super cheap from them, just check out slickdeals.net, sometimes they provide a coupon code; then you will get a super cheap. I bought 10 watches in two transactions from them at super cheap price for resale; but at the end I returned to them all in 2 transactions and each time I got a full refund. I followed their direction of return and I did exactly on the return instruction that they provide and I got a full refund of $2200. This online store sell genuine brand new expensive watch at super attractive price and I am very satisfy to buy watch from them. The watches are genuine and brand new.

Would buy from Ashford again without hesitation.
