Ashford has a great selection of products at good prices. The website is easy to navigate with good response time when gathering information about the product you are interested in. Checking out and purchasing, provides essential information.

I made multiple attempts (four) to make this purchase. I used various payment methods using multiple personal cards. I attempted both Amazon pay and Google pay and received numerous website issues. I also had my attempted orders cancelled with a detailed explanation as to what may have been causing the issue. While the phone support (Jacob) attempted to help to the best of his ability, these setbacks were quite overwhelming. I am hoping this latest and last attempt will finally result in a fulfilled order.

Ashford has been great! I have purchased several watches from them in the past couple of years and they always arrive quickly and exactly as pictured on the web site. In one case the watch arrived defective and I was able to return it to them for a full refund without any issue or push back..

Find your watch somewhere else but always come to Ashford to see if they have it in stock if you want to save money. These are genuine pieces, perfect condition, factory warranty. Most of their pieces sell very quickly, so you have to be aggressive when you see the one you want. If you're into watches, I recommend checking back at least once a week to see the new stock. Great company, And they also accept returns pretty easily.

I've got several watches through the years and they have always always ended being excellent. No refurbished watches that were returned once, as far as I can tell. I've got a Tissot PRS 516 that was bought from here in early 2021. It is still my favorite watch. Even though I've got more expensive ones now. Maybe because it was my first Swiss Automatic watch.

100% scam site and company. April 4,2025 I bought a watch from ashford.com and nearly a month later (more than 20 business days), I haven't received my watch yet. After sales customer service has responded to my email with " continue to wait ", the tracking system shows no progress. It shows it is still waiting to be picked up at the warehouse by the logistics company. Every time I try to tell aftermarket customer service that package tracking is not updated, they keep telling me, This takes up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), but after 20 business days, I email them again. But this time they have completely ignored my email and haven't replied to me. Awful company work ethics, only desperate for money and there isn't even a refund page regardless you get your package or not. Only refund available is if you ship it back, but that ain't even an option since I never received my package in the first place.

I was a bit suspicious at first given that the price for this Hamilton watch was nearly 1/2 what other sites had it listed but I'm glad I took the chance as the watch is in perfect shape and was shipped to me quickly without hassle. I'm already eyeing my next purchase with them

The website is easy to navigate & the prices are great. I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my husband from here a few weeks ago but he isn't really thrilled with the style I chose so I'm getting a different style this time.

I bought a Luminox Manta Ray a few weeks ago and it is actually really nice but the bracelet clasp pops open anytime you wear it. I contacted them and they worked with me for a resolution that was very fair and worked out great. Thank you Ashford, I will order again soon :)

This was an easy purchase. I took mine to a local jewelry store to have one link removed. I like all my new Bucherer watches but the gold and stainless steel one is my favorite. I found a maker of black alligator straps in Guangdong China named Hu to convert one of the watches to a leather strap model for wearing with a suit or tuxedo.

I was hesitant to buy a watch online but after checking BBB and numerous other watch sites / forums I was confident all would be OK. Ashford was legit and sent me the exact watch I expected. Price was phenomenal. Absolutely will do business with Ashford again.

I ordered 6 necklaces, but only received 4. I contacted customer service 3 days ago. However, I haven't got any further follow up email after the first email which confirmed my claim. Hope can solve my issue soon.
