Cust. Service person literally offered no service! Repeatedly said return watch or bring it to a jeweler for service. Kept saying if I replaced battery myself would void warranty! Not too much to expect a working watch when I received my order.

Paid for overnight shipping $29. Received the sunglasses five days later. Tracking shows they shipped same day. Company must not a paid for overnight shipping. Even though I did. Emailed with no response. I needed the sunglasses for vacation. Got them when I came back.

Terrible experience, received my order with custom fees equal to more than 30% of the total value so I refused it for it to be sent back, and without notice they kept almost $100 for no reason out of my refund after having waited a whole month to receive it, customer service is very bad and unresponsive and they will not justify this amount. Avoid this website by all means, the cost you save on the watches is not worth the risk, stay safe.
