I have been ordering from this company on and off for almost 10 years, and all my watches that I purchased was delivered to me exactly how I saw them online, and most of all, Ashford has very reasonable prices for name brand watches...
I think Ashford should add more photos from multiple angles when show casing all of the items that's being sold on their website...
I placed an order for 3 luminox watches on March 3rd and received shipping information twice. The fist one (later on about 5 days) was canceled and the second one (two weeks later appeared to have been damaged) Long story short almos a month later I am waiting for a refund.
Everything is fine! My glasses were delivered very quickly. I am happy with the purchase. I'll upload more and recommend it to my friends.
When I have my watch added to the wishlist, It would be nice to know what is happening (its getting cheaper, sold, back on stock)
Why I can`t pay customs fees, like it is possible at Jomashop site for example

This order was a joy from start to finish. Ordered a Hugo watch from Scotland on a Sunday morning, and had the watch in my hand by the Friday afternoon! Absolutely fantastic service, and could watch the tracking details all the way. The watch itself was less than half the price of UK sellers, and that included the international delivery. I will 100% be ordering from Ashford again.

I bought this for my wife as an anniversary present and unfortunately have to say not what I expected from Tissot. This is the third Tissot watch I have purchased, and this looks very cheap and built with bad quality. I need to rethink buying Tissot again. Feels like quality standards have gone down.

I've no issues ordering online when I created an account with Ashford, but previously for the subject's Order # w*******742 purchased last Feb 10 or Feb 11,2025, I don't have an account yet and when the items where delivered, I have no invoice or list of what was delivered.
