The watch arrived quickly and was exactly what I had expected when I placed the order. However, it arrived with a dead battery, which required me to go to a jeweler and spend $20 for a replacement battery because I didn't want to risk opening and scratching the new watch right off the bat.
I was concerned about operating with the discounter. However, Ashford is the real deal. I have since purchased a 2nd watch from them. 5 stars!
I loved the value of providing authentic products from luxury brands. I do think the certificate of authenticity should be included or just something so there is no doubt of the items or their authenticity.
I have ordered on your website before and would like to be able to track my order but on a previous order here this month the shipping service had not updated the tracking for six days.

Easy to navigate, easy to buy, wasn't sure of if it was a real website or if I was going to get ripped off. But it is a real website selling watches for a great price.And I hopefully we'll be back again
I have made several purchases over the past few years. Never had a problem and have told numerous others about the site.
This is my second purchase from Ashford's and it was a smooth international (Australia) transaction. My only issue is that Ashford's do not accept returns from international buyers which I find strange so if you end up with a dud watch, you're on your own as far as warranty claims are concerned.
I give extra points for fast delivery from the U.S. to Australia and tracking provided at each step of the way so thank you to Ashford for using UPS.
