Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). He ensured that we arrived and departed at the same time or very close. Some of us wanted to travel together and he made it happened. The prices were descent for Economy. Lautner was patient, polite, and efficient. Make sure you tip him!

My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.

I purchased two business class tickets at $4200 through an agent, knowing that I can get them for $60 cheaper at the airline site. I thought having an agent will make the process smoother. I also tipped $40 for the more expensive tickets, as it is their standard practice to ask tips.
However, the agent didn't inform me that I would pay $640+ to select a seat! This is business class! You would think that you can get assigned seating once you reserve. Even that as it may, the agent didn't inform me that I would need to pay extra. I would have taken that extra cost in consideration when choosing the airline to fly in. Also, most agencies have reserved seating for their customers, but not ASAP. In other words, even though I paid for a higher business class, I still need to pay extra to get assigned seats. Upfront information would have been useful.
The agent has now been avoiding me and refusing to take my calls. Our last agreement was we are going to try this month. But he has disappeared.
ASAP Tickets is a scam. You pay more for tickets, tips and you may not get the whole information you need to fly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are thieves. Please please save your money and book somewhere trustworthy. They are quick to take your money but slow to assist you in changes. I paid for travel insurance and idk for what when my mother passed away the airline state I was entitled to full refund. Here I am after 3 months still haven't received refund. The agency hangs calls, gives me the run around and completely complicated & stressful I hate this company and will never go through travel agent again. Horrible horrible

I had very bad experience with them. Bad customer service never admit they are wrong. They did cancel my ticket because they made a mistake in name then they don't wanna take care of it. Cancel the ticket without my consent never trust him with anything they will keep you one guy to another. I'm calling Better Business Bureau and the state attorney on them. I got all recordings and emails to prove it.

ASAP team is not good and I won't recommend to anyone due to false ticketing. Whatever they have discussed initially was not the same at the time of payment. Not sharing enough information to the customer about ticket fare and baggage information.

I totally paid $540 for baggage but ASAP team said $240 for total bags.

They have charged for economy fare from me but booked basic economy. Everything was not real.
Again I will never recommend to anyone.

ASAP overall is a Scam. I bought 8 Tickets and had 6 of them added so called protection. Weeks passed before my departure and here comes changes to my Ticket. When I called ASAP, they did not offer a good alternative in which they advertised on the Ticket protection. Finally i requested a refund but they refused to refund the Protection Money( which they did not provide). You don't need them, call the Airline Directly and book your ticket there, also use Credit Card, as the Bank are not good at fighting such a Scammers.

I bought 2 tickets from this company, they changed the date and time twice, I requested a refund because those dates did not suit me. This was in July 21, all calls and emails that I sent them were unanswered, and when someone answer he had a nasty attitude. I lost about $1300 for a service that I never got. Be careful dealing with this ghost company

If I could give them 0 star I would! Please DON'T do business with ASAP Tickets… LIARS AND THIEVES! We paid $597 98 which is unheard for their trip protection and the trip is not really protected cause if you cancel they will deduct more then half of your trip with fees and other items that are not protected which they don't tell you at the time they charge your credit card within seconds. And what ever money you'll fight to get back you'll have to wait 4-8 weeks to get back.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I had emergency so I could not return back. I was told by ASAP agent to call United airlines for my refund. I did and United airlines approved it base on my emergency document. My refund was send to ASAP account because they got the ticket
From United. It has been almost 2 months but ASAP keep tossing me around. Now no one is even replying my emails and when I call, they tell me someone will call me back but no one does. I have really regretted getting ticket from this company.

I purchased 2 tickets to Spain fo April 2020 right at the beginning of Covid. They forced me to pay $600 extra dollars to reschedule to ******* and now the situation is the same or worse, they demand $500 more to exchange or even to get my money back. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Check the Facebook page ASAP tickets scam/no refund help to see. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from ASAP Tickets.

Whatever you do, do your self a favor and never use this agency for any booking. They are not there to help you and will do everything in their power to make your reservation and process painful. They are not helpful at all and will not admit to their mistakes. They are not there for the customer but rather to profit. Please please please, avoid the agency and save your self horrible headache. If I could I would leave -5 start review.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd select but it's not. I bought tickets for a family trip to Italy over a year ago and I sit here still not reimbursed. Over $4,200 in tickets! We purchased travel insurance but were told we'd still get a $250 fee removed from the ticket prove per ticket. I've called them countless times to no avail. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company but was then told by Carlisle to cancel, only to find out they still weren't going to refund me the full amount. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. It's a fraudulent company. Don't do it!

ASAP Tickets are a den of thieves! Stay away! We booked tickets through them, but the flight was canceled due to the Coronavirus. The airline refunded our money to ASAP, but they refused to return the money to us. They robbed us of $1100. They lied to me, blocked my calls, ignored my emails, and were absolutely insulting and predatory. Stand clear of these con artists! Learn from our mistake.

This is one of the worst website to book your tickets. I know that the tickets might be cheap but they are a total scammer. I booked my ticket to Philippines this year, but the COVID-19 hit, so I tried to cancel the ticket, they said they won't be able to do it because they will loose money. I even paid the protection fee, just in case something happens and I can cancel it anytime.At the end they said I will have to pay $280 if I want my money back. THIS IS TOTAL RIDICULOUS.

In my opinion asap ticketing works harder at getting rid of (honest) bad reviews. Long story short. I finally got tired of all the lies and double talk from asap spews out.So i turned them in to The US Dept of transportation. Got my refund! These scumbags wont to anything until you turn them into the US dept ot Transportation. Maybe warn them... Going to US Dept of Tranportation if you keep lieing.

I called ASAP Tickets and got a quote. The agent was very polite. However, I was able to find a cheaper flight with better amenities by buying from the carrier. I let the agent know we had purchased tickets and no longer needed his help. He continued to call and email until I asked to be removed from his list. He stopped calling but then I started getting emails from a second agent and now a third agent. Asap tickets will not leave me alone. I will never call again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

It sounds good in the beginning, they have a special fee they charge which sounds like an insurance plan but really is not, then when it comes to canceling a flight you are hit will all kinds of cancellation fees. Do not trust them, so many good travel agencies out there this isn't one of them, then they ask for a tip... here's a tip, don't give them one. They don't tell you the true cost of their services...seems like a"show me the money" company plan.

I booked a flight through ASAP with American Airlines and they quoted me a price which was $700 above the original ticket price which I verified on the AA website with my booking number. When I requested a full receipt with the breakdown of costs I was completely ignored. The agent Yanis was completely unprofessional and after talking with me about taking drugs, proceeded to completely ignore me when I needed help with changing my outgoing flight plans. STAY AWAY!
