Hello, Please provide ITN Confirmation number, Name or e-mail address that you have provided to the agent so we could check and send the ticket confirmation.

I am not so worried because I trust in Margaret's word that everything is taking care of.

You have to put in your email and then click "resend". Samba was very careful to let me know every step as I received several emails. Telling me the authorization was taking place and then I received the tickets.
