Our tickets were cancelled last year due to Covid, went through all the steps multiple times to get refunds. They end us a lot if double talk, run around, and then making us go directly to the air lines, Very poor service go to a different ticket sale company, this one is very poor, take us from someone who lost $1500 on these BS artists.
