Get a different company, I purchased tickets last year, bought the insurance, and tickets cancelled due to Covid, I am still trying to get my refunds, very poor company; my advice run!
Dont expect a straight answer from anyone at asap. They have left my wife and 2 year old daughter stranded 7000 miles from home. Turn them in to us DOT... asap!
