They were awesome. I had a problem with my bank and they worked with me and stayed in constant contact with me to answer all my questions. If I needed something they called me immediately. Excellent service. Very satisfied. Would definately recommend.

So far I have given the service a four but after flying I would upgrade to a five if everything goes as planned. I requested an aisle seat and I was assured I would get one but I am skeptical of all airlines as they usually try to make you pay more for the aisle
I've used ASAP in the past so I'm always getting emails letting me know about good rates. Was curious what a trip to Turkey would cost. I was expecting an online response to my own line inquiry within 15 minutes Elton called. He asked what kind of flight I was interested in. Told him I wasn't interested in going through New York so I wanted one through Chicago with short layovers. Sure enough within 30 minutes he called a flight to Turkey through Chicago. Very short layovers. I told him I would think it over. He gave me his email address. I'm young man emailed him a couple hours at it later back and I signed up.

You pay for one destination, person puts in another destination. You realize this within minutes but have to fight for a refund you probably won't see all because the phone person made the mistake. Time to contact the big legal guns to get refund

Easy to call ASAP. Great and helpful travel agent. She looks for an airlines that is low fare and affordable for you. The time travel given was excellent as well as the price is reasonable. Explained it well the travel cares and understandable clearly. ASAP is highly recommended to family and friends.

Never have I had a more dedicated person assist me in making travel arrangements. I usually book my own air, this time I just couldn't find a good fit for the river cruise I had booked. The cruise line was offering air for hundreds more and very long layovers. Artemis just kept checking until we found something that worked well. AMAZING

Booking through Dunamis the agent that assisted made me was cordial and polite. He was able to help me on my needs in a timely manner. I do not have any negative thing to say. I was so happy that I was able to have flight booked after 3 stressful days. I booked a flight and airline didn't have a seat availability, same thing goes to the second booking. And on the third booking, I got the best deal and promotion from the 2 agents back and forth that I was talking day and night.
