ASAP Tickets

The prices they advertise are not the prices they actually offer. The call goes to a call center in possibly India and it is really hard to understand the agents. I was trying book a flight to Japan and they popped a special for $737.00 that "expired that day!" When I put in my contact information the guy that called right away said the price was actually between $1300-1400... That is called "SWITCH AND BAIT" in my book!
Not using that web site and I do not trust giving my info to some strange guy in India!

I bought my tickets and paid extra to be able to change my dates without penalty. They're charging over $4000 and penalty for charging dates and I can't reach my agent. He does not answer or reply calls or emails. I will be filling a claim with better business bureau and will never use this company again.

Lawrence took his time to search for a good ticket for me with a good waiting time at airports. The ticket was affordable in this economy and he took his time and listened to me. I loved his way of working, informative and calm from the start to the end and never tried to pressure me into buying the ticket. He will tell me he found one and will give the details and will let him know what is that I did not like about it. Mostly was the time to spend at the airport. I was flexible with dates as long as I can pass valentine's day with my wife abroad. Now I am a happy traveler.

Actually, beyond horrible customer service. I was even misled about when to call back to the person I was told I needed to talk to make sure it was after her shift ended.

My direct representative, named Lisa, was pleasant and helpful but when I ran into an issue that was outside of her juridiction the rest of the company was a bunch of clowns, that also came across as lazy, dishonest, or both. Do not use this company. If your trip goes perfectly, you won't notice anything, but as is comnon with international travel, if anything comes up don't expect any help from ASAP tickets or their parent company ITN.

Nancy R literally is now my very own personal travel agent who has created a customer for life. She stayed with me for about 2 weeks while I waffled back and forth between dates for my vacation. I know I drove her crazy but not once did I feel it from her. She was kind and very knowledgeable and found me the best price, better than anyting I found on my own. I'm glad I chose ASAP to book my flight. It was very easy and had great service. I got a very good price. I spoke to other travelers who booked with a different service. They paid a greater fee than I did with a lower rated Airline. EVA air is a 5 star rated airline.
I was very satisfied to travel on thier airline. I will continue and recommend ASAP to all who plan to travel.

ASAP tickets is a scam! My family and I were supposed to go on the trip of a lifetime in April and due to Covid our flights were cancelled by the airline. ASAP tickets then told us that in order to receive a refund there was a $800 per ticket fine, totaling $2400 for our family. They were unable to give us where this was stated in writing anywhere. The real kicker is that both myself and my mom are nurses on the front lines during the pandemic and we were taken advantage of by a greedy travel agency! Beware, the little bit of money you may save is not worth it!
