Called them for a flight inquiry. 3 Choices offered. The agent followed up and worked with me. As clients we do need the best for the amount we pay, and nothing wrong with that. The agent understood my needs.

Some time ago I started getting emails from ASAP and kept them in mind if needing help with a future air booking. The opportunity came when we needed to book a flight for our daughter to join us in Scotland and then fly home with us on a flight we had already booked for my husband and I. It took awhile to work through the details of the booking with Delta but Elfstan was patient and successful in helping us. We are grateful for the help he provided and are looking forward to having our daughter with us in Scotland and who will do the driving on our independent tour of the country our ancestors came from.

Three of us wanted to travel from different locations to different destinations, but part of the trip we wanted fly together... It was not easy... we had to change and again and again... I purchase a ticket at least 2 months prior to my travel time with two layovers. There agent would not tell you if you needed a visa even if you ask then if you need a visa. They are just after there sales. Their customer service suck because nobody is answering and when finally you talk to one they will reroute you to another extension and nobody is answering. Purchasing ticket from this website gave me so much stress rather than a vacation. I would never purchase a ticket from this website again.

The experience with the representative was wonderful and she did all the possibly could do in order to make it easier on me to purchase tickets and attempt to find the lowest possible fare.
I will be traveling in a timeframe where the fares are very high and I wanted the shortest possible shrimps watch the agent who is able to fly. Lakan is a good agent and very knowledgeable!

I booked a flexible ticket a year ago and due to some circumstance I had to cancel the ticket. I did not get my refund back still. I paid almost 2500 dollars and still I have not got my money back. Agents respond to us only until we buy the ticket. For other assistance they don't reply to us at the earliest.

Trey is such a wonderful agent. He helped me during late evenings and even weekends without showing any signs of impatience. For my next booking I will ask for him and will share his contact details with few of my friends. He is a gem for ASAP tickets.
Overall, the agent did a good job in finding a route that was acceptable and was responsive with calls and emails. It would have been a good idea for the agent to note and say it clearly that certain tickets that she was offering would only allow one checked in bag, and may have other limitations versus the assumption that a person would have 2 checked in bags in international travel.
Otherwise, the service was fine!

I couldn't find airline tickets for anything less than $650. I found ASAP Tickets online. I asked for a quote. They promptly responded and found me tickets for $384! Joanne, my travel agent, was fast, polite, and did everything she could to make sure my trip went well.
