I purchased tickets to Bari Italy back in November 2019 to travel July 2020. The pandemic hit and and my flight was cancelled. ASAP tickets purchased tickets through Delta. I contacted them and they gave me a letter in writing that they refunded ASAP tickets. I have yet to settle my dispute. I want a refund not a $4,900 credit. I also purchased the insurance for my tickets. They are so rude and this company is going out of business. Do not buy Tickets because if the flight gets cancelled you will not get your money back. You will get the run around and plenty of lies.,... This has been a total night mare for me...

We purchased 7 tickets roundtrip to Berlin in February 2020 for August 2020 but due to the EU not allowing US citizens to enter as a result of the COVID this trip is null and void. We called over a week ago to start the cancellation & refund process and were informed they needed a week. We called back and nothing was done and no progress. Yesterday spent all-day speaking to multiple different unhelpful and at times rude agents because supervisors DO NOT exist. The online Refund and Cancellation forms have been filled out yet again. I called the airlines which confirm they are issuing full refunds so they are not the roadblock for the refunds. I have researched reviews from many Victims on many different media platforms which all receive the same blanket reply from ASAPtickets customer service from a "CANDICE" claiming they are overwhelmed with refund requests. None of these issues have been resolved yet. I have consulted with my attorney which encouraged reaching out to the Attorney General for Delaware and California to file a complaint as well as US dept of transportation. The BBB complaints have not been fully resolved either which leads me to believe that the only step left for everyone in the same situation as myself is a class action lawsuit. If I could give negative ratings I would!
I just wanted to update my review as I did end up getting refunded full monies for travel and ins. I did have to email/file a complaint with the department of transportation, the better business bureau, and the attorney generals for the state of California and Delaware. If you don't see any resolution from taking those steps and doing your due diligence please let me know as I was about to begin to file a class action lawsuit and can get you my attorneys info. 'McCoy' was helpful and attentive, called when he said he would and got the job done. However, it would have been so much easier if the phone line - on all occasions - had not been truly abysmal. I mean, beyond awful. He might as well have been in Outer Mongolia. Apparently he could hear me but it was very, very difficult for me to hear him clearly and making a booking like this, all the details are very important. The terrible phone lines vitiated McCoy's great service and I'm not sure that the time I spent on the phone was worth the extra couple of hundred bucks saved. I travel a lot and will try the service again but if the phone lines aren't better, then never again. Would be a shame.
Do not reccomend. Scheduling was great however canceling has been impossible. I needed to cancel bc of COVID. June 1-called and left a voicemail message with agent and sent a follow up email because I didnt get a hold of him. Received an automatic message indicating the email address is no longer valid and customer service will reach out. Since no one reached out, I called the number provided on June 3. I spoke with Mercury who said she'd cancel the flight and let me know when conpleted. June 8, tickets still not canceled so sent email to her asking for status update. No response. Emailed again June 28, also no response. Called direct number on July 6 and left a message. No response. Called main number on 7/13 (today) around 11am, spoke with someone (didnt catch name) who said he'd follow up and call me back in 30 minutes. Since didnt hear back, called at 5pm the main number. Spoke with someone else who was not able to help because their system said Mercury was working on it. Which obviously she has not been since it's been 43 DAYS since the initial request was made and as of now, my flight still isnt canceled. My flight is in less than 2 weeks. Do not reccomend!

American Airlines reimbursed all the money for the tickets due to pandemic and asap tickets charged us 150 dollars per ticket. Mind you they got grands from the government.
