When things are good they are good, but charging a 'processing fee' of $150 when my flight was cancelled by the airline in line of a pandemic to process my refund, tells me all I need to know about their priorities. Not making that mistake again...
Original services were just great until the coronavirus happen. Although airlines canceled tickets, ASAP gave me the run around trying to get a refund. I evidently had to call my credit card company and asked them to intervene on my behalf. This was the only I was able to get a refund. Call backs from them was almost impossible to get. Repeat customer, hardly!

This was the biggest scam ever... We bought tickets to Spain for $520 a piece... we canceled due to COVID-19. They gave us a voucher for the refund. I asked for the money back in cash or to send a check. Well they don't like that and it is rarely done and can take 3-4 months. Got tired of arguing about that so I decided to book 3 tickets to St Croix. I went to American Airline's website and they had tickets to St Croix for $379 so I called ASAP tickets to book the exact same flight for 3 people with my $1020 credit... well they wanted $520 per person for the exact same flight on American Airlines. I threw a fit, asked for supervisors and I couldn't believe but they kept giving me the same answer. I calmed myself down and decided to buy just 2 tickets so I could use the credit and be done with these people. I got my tickets today and put them on the AA app and when I was looking through them it said the price of the tickets were $379 per person! Needless to say I called ASAP and I am so pissed at this point again... got this big speech about how tickets are fluctuating in price due to COVID and that the day I bought my tickets they did not have access to that price. OMG! They got all of my credit back. GO THROUGH THE AIRLINES and save yourself the mental anguish of having to deal with these people only to realize that you are screwed royally!

For the first time ever, we bought tickets to Ireland in January, 2020 from ASAP Tickets for flights that were to begin in September. In May, United Airlines sent a notice that you could change, or get a refund if you did this prior to May 31,2020. We immediately called ASAP tickets to cancel our tickets because part of our itinerary was canceled by United. We could get to Ireland, but we couldn't get back. We have had numerous phone calls, emails, texts with 3 different agents, including Customer Service to try and get a refund. We bought trip insurance and when we tried to talk to (David) he would put us on hold, then transfer to Joseph. Joseph would give us promises that he would get back to us, but never would. We contacted our original agent Raul, and he gave us the run around also, saying he was out of the office, he was sick, he wasn't told by Joseph what had been said. It has been a bait and switch situation that has left me very upset. My husband and I are in the vulnerable age and health condition category and are advised not to travel. I do not anyone else to have the terrible experience we have had with ASAP tickets. They may save you a little money if everything goes smoothly, but they are not there to help you if you have problems. Buyer Beware!

Despite buying ASAP travel protection plan to cover the refund price of the airline tickets I purchased from them, they have stonewalled me and refused to refund the money. Their plan clearly states that in the event of illness the tickets are refundable. Additionally, the country I was going to has closed its borders to all foreigners thru June 15,2020. I would strongly advise anyone never to do business with this company. If you want airline tickets go directly to the airline. Travel companies are not under the same government requirements as the airlines to refund your money due to Covid 19.

We bought a ticket that was three times the discounted price that they advertised online. It was basically a market rate price.
We purchased their travel insurance too.
The 2:30am flight was cancelled and neither ASAP tickets nor Qatar Airlines informed us. A police officer at the airport told us the flight had been cancelled. Now, neither will refund us the cost of ticket. Qatar Arlines says we have to get the refund through ASAP tickets/ITN and ASAP tickets is saying we have to get the refund through Qatar.
We filed a complaint with the US Dept of Transportation and disputed the charge with our credit card company too.
I've learned that it's cheaper and better to buy travel insurance from an insurance company vs these thieves.
