Ferguson has been my go-to-man for a while now, I couldn't be happier with his service - I will stick with him as long as I can fly (and play music as well, of course)!
This company will rip you off every way they can. The travel insurance is a waste of money! I called every day for 3 weeks(because the recording said 'if you flight is leaving in the next 2 weeks, you need to talk to an agent) and never got to talk to anyone. So I contacted my bank to get my money back. B of A refunded my money within a very short period of time. ASAP later took the $360 back out for the'travel protection' because it is not refundable and only for hospitalizations... which was not the way it was communicated to me at the time of purchase or I'd have saved my money!
Where do I start? The initial booking of the tickets to Switzerland went well... enter COVID... then it all went up in smoke. Due to the international ban for travel, we were pretty much forced to either get a credit for a future trip or a refund. We were advised to persue the refund because "many airlines may go bankrupt"! Our Initial agent was NO where to be found... no calls or emails returned... after multiple! And I mean multiple tries to get help I was always told then " I can not help you because I am not the assigned agent to your account... then I would be told that such or such would be I'm contact very soon... never happened... I literally talked with 11 people trying to get this resolved. Finally I talked with Winona and she assured me that she would be our agent from "here on it out". She did get a refund authorization for a refund(unites airlines) and it would take 30- 60 days to process. That was May 23. After watching our statements there was still no refund... I again sent multiple emails and left a few messages with Winona. NO responses. I called ASAP again and talked to George( never any last name given..."I'm the only George here" he told me it would take more than 60 days... usually 90. He would send a email to Winona and her manager immediately and we should be expecting to hear from them within the next 2 days... it has been now 2 weeks... I have sent 3 more emails and still nothing. I called united airlines to see if they had received a refund comfirmation from ASAP tickets... nope! Nothing! I called my Visa card company to make sure I hadn't missed it before I called United... United was kind and helpful but said their hands are tied until they get something from ASAP... we are pretty sure we got scammed big time. We will be calling our visa company soon so they can initiate an investigation into ASAP and our situation. Please! What ever you do... DO NOT give this company a red cent of your vacation money! If this company checks their reviews just maybe possibly I will get some answers. I'm not holding my breath.

We bought airline tickets to Greece about a year ago. In March of 2020, we starting trying to get our money refunded when it was clear that we were't going to be able to travel. We had even bought travel insurance, but that didn't seem to make a difference.
My husband emails or talks to them by phone every week. He keeps being told the check has been approved and will be sent asap(ha!) but it never comes. The agents act like they don't understand what could have happened, but assure us it will be sent right away(minus their fee because they say they are allowed to keep their money, only refund the portion that comes directly, in our case, from Delta.)
We have been more than patient. I urge Delta and the other airlines not to use this company again. Travelers beware. We will not give up!

My trip got cancelled due to COVID last year. The agent Ulen advised me to keep the money $1660 with ASAP to use for future flights. I still can not get any flights or resolution. Most recently dealing with Parab who now will not answer my phone calls. ASAP has my money and I have not tickets or refund. I am being persistent but this company is a thief!
Due to covid and traveling with a service dog our original booking was canceled :( Our agent Rox went above and beyond realizing that we had sold our home in the USA and all our belongings were on a ship to the Philippines so we were essentially homeless! He worked for HOURS helping us to get another flight! This agent deserves a raise! It because of agents like him that we have booked with ASAP in the past and will do so in the future!
The customer service was great, she got me a cheaper flight at a good time, Her suggested was at Point. Am big traveling and can't wait for another travel like this.

ASAP is responsible for keeping my refund money for a month now. I had a USA- Europe round trip on June, but because of the Covid situation the flight was impossible so United Airlines refunded my ticket. Since I bought the ticket from ASAP, it's their part to transfer my refund money back to my bank account, but it's been a nightmare trying to contact their agent Dusty and costumer service. For a month now I have been sending emails to their agent Dusty, to costumer service, I have filled a complaint, I have tried to contact them through Facebook and every other Social media, and not a single response till today. This company is nonprofessional and irresponsible, and I will definitely not allow them to steal my money!

My attendant was very professional. He was very, very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable about how everything concerning purchasing a ticket, how travel care works. His attention to detailS made my purchase easy. Give him a raise!
My flight was canceled twice and I was really afraid I will fail to get to my destination or even lose the ticket. Asap Tickets did solved my problem and booked another flight.
This is the second time now that I've purchased tickets to Europe with ASAP and it's been the best experience. The agent (Glen) I've worked with both times is very knowledgable and fast and always finds the best deals. I can highly recommend them.
Stay away from ASAP Ticket service for a couple reasons:
1. The person I dealt with can't be found anymore (Kenshi)
2. They refuse to discuss my refund which was sent in full to them by Delta Airlines.
Terrible customer service now provided by ALBA representing ASAP tickets. She will not even give me a time frame for my refund which was sent to them over a month ago. Very bad customer service with no compassion for the customer during this difficult time.

The agent who served and followed (Wilson) up is the right person at the right place. My intention was just to look for a ticket and may be get it another day, but I suddenly got a call from him and he was able to walk me through the various steps up to the point of paying for the ticket. This was hardly my intention of the day but services made to get the ticket sooner than expected.
