Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). He ensured that we arrived and departed at the same time or very close. Some of us wanted to travel together and he made it happened. The prices were descent for Economy. Lautner was patient, polite, and efficient. Make sure you tip him!
My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.
I paid in March to travel in July 2021 for 6 travelers to Nigeria through asap ticket. In June they cancel our flight, Turkish Airline. The agent asked me to pay additional $700 for each passenger to be rebooked with another Arline. I want a refund instead.
So devastated because travel time is so close and i may not be able to get flight for the dates i wanted and will have to pay a lot more. To make the matter even worse, after multiple run-arounds from them, the lady at their finance/refund Ms Ayaka, claims that some of my payments are refundable. They should be compensating me for the inconvenience they caused me but instead this lade and asap want to get paid for service they did not provide.
Right time, I'm fighting to get my full refund while I'm losing time to even find another bookings. It's always better to deal with the Airline directly

Why did my and my husband's name end up on our tickets with our first and middle names in the First Name window with no name at all in the Middle Name window? The ticket agent told me he was doing this and I asked him not to. Now, I have to send a copy of my passport to you to prove how my name must appear on the airline ticket to match my passport. I was injured in an accident before my flight back to the US. Despite the insurance coverage I bought with my ticket, and having complied with claim requirements, I was not rebooked at a reasonable price nor was a refund of the unused portion of my previous ticket applied to a new ticket I had to buy with another credit card.

I have used ASAP to travel to Manila from the US in 2015. Being it was my first time I didn't know I could find tickets cheaper directly from the airlines. Fast forward to March 2022, I called once again to see if they could beat the price of $1260 round trip to Manila. The best the agent could do was $1688. When I told him I had found the tickets cheaper he did not believe me. I gave him the airline info and he still couldn't find it. At this point the conversation became more an investigation for him rather than providing excellent customer service. He called again and asked if I needed tickets and I told him I bought the $1260 round trip already, he hung up without saying another word.
BOTTOM LINE: Shop around for your tickets. This company is not the cheapest agency and there customer service is sub-par. You can always use skiplagged and find the cheapest flight and then go directly to the airline to purchase. I would not recommended using ASAP tickets.
I think its funny that the review credibility is low because I did not purchase tickets. But the fact remains the staff gets upset when you find lower fares and their care seems to go out the window.

I received a message to change my time travel which I was trying to avoid. And I do not want to agree to the earlier flight as I may not make it to the international flight. 48 min in between in a huge airport is just not enough time to get to the gate especially if the first plane is late.

My trip was anything but smooth, but it was definitely memorable. On a Sunday morning at 3am I was pulled out of the line at the airport because I did not have 30,000 dollars worth of insurance, that I was never told about, and had to borrow money to find insurance. I also was never told that TSA only applies in the USA. I was also pulled out of line in Manila for my return flight, after getting two PCR test, but now being told that I needed an antigen test instead, thereby ending up giving their government $200.00 for something I knew nothing of. I contacted Qatar prior to catching my flight, and asked specifically about COVID policy procedures, and was given faulty information, that did not include anything about antigen. The whole process in my opinion is a scam to take peoples money, and I don't have enough characters here, to express the rest of this very stressful event. It's no wonder people do crazy things on airplanes now. ASAP prices are great, the stress is unbearable

I thought going through a third party agency would help get lower prices or add some level of convenience to my trip. Overall though after looking at a lot of different prices directly from the airlines I ended up feeling like I was slightly overcharged. I don't feel ripped off but I do feel like there wasn't any benefit going through the third party and I should have just stuck with buying directly from the airlines or one of the larger websites like Orbitz, Priceline, or Expedia.

Arnav was an amazing agent. He carefully listened to my travel plans and the fact I am traveling alone with a baby. He listened to my concerns regarding long layovers and desire to arrive at my destination within the shortest and most affordable way possible. At the very last minute after working so hard to find the best fit for my daughter and myself I changed the dates and Arnav so patiently and professionally worked to secure the same accommodations. He also answered or found the a swerve to every single question I had. I would a absolutely use ASAP Tickets again and specifically request for Arnav to handle my booking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest, lie, cheat and steal. I purchased two tickets pre-COVID; I was convinced by the agent to book an open jaw ticket, which was not really what I wanted, just to save $400. Once COVID hit, and all trips were canceled, while all my other travel bookings were refunded, the airline would not refund this ticket as I had purchased through ASAP. However, ASAP offered to CREDIT the value to my account for rebooking at a later date. Prior to the deadline, I contacted ASAP and the agent, Lupin, offered to refund the ticket, with a $300 penalty per ticket. I agreed to that, as I preferred to get $1600 returned to me, rather than forfeiting the entire $2200 (not counting the travel insurance, agent gratuities, etc., which were at least another $300). After completing the authorization form and leaving yet another gratuity, my credit card was charged the $15 gratuity but I am STILL WAITING for the credit refund TWO MONTHS LATER. I have called several times and one agent is worse than the next. I am repeatedly put on hold for excessive periods of time.
I am ordinarily a savvy traveler, but this was an egregious error on my part, to use ASAP travel to "save money." In the end, even if they finally process the refund, I will still have spent $900 and received ZERO Value for it. ZERO. This company is a BIG ZERO.
AMENDMENT TO REVIEW. I am changing my rating to TWO stars because they did finally process my refund. However, it took me weeks of attempts, hours of conversations, emails, etc., to make it finally happen. As they had indicated, $600 was removed from my original ticket price (retained by ASAP, I'm sure). They also kept the gratuities, and "insurance"/protection fees, etc. So, after $800-900, I ended up with nothing but aggravation and a good lesson to avoid discount ticket agents. I still maintain that the best way to purchase a plane ticket is directly through the airline - no hidden fees, no processing costs, no "tips," and the rules are clearly outlined when a ticket is fully refundable or not. Sorry, ASAP Tickets... A few people tried really hard at the end to clean up the mess caused by the incompetent agents, but the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

The service was certainly adequate and the purchase went fairly smoothly but, when I had to contact ASAP to ask a question, the only the agent who could assist me further was the agent who assisted me in getting the ticket but, I was not informed of this so I could make a note of who I spoke with. When I did call regarding an issue, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes wait for someone to assist me. The person I spoke with gave me different information that the previous agent I spoke with. Put on hold again. Third agent I spoke with gave me a third version of my options. Put on hold again and somehow got disconnected. Called back and put on hold for another 15-20 minutes once again. When I eventually got to speak with another agent I informed that that I just want to cancel my ticket and be done with it. I did not go into details but, that was my best option. Cost me $489 and close to two hours of aggravation, frustration and having to listen to some of the worst music I ever had the displeasure to have to endure all to travel nowhere. Use these guys only in your world never has unexpected events.

I would highly recommend that you NEVER you asaptickets.com. They will lie to you. Very hard to work with and very, very unprofessional. My wife and I caught them in a lie and we had proof and yet nothing was done and we where taken advantage of. We have been traveling for over 25 years and have never been so wronged like we was from asaptickets.com. Please use any other travel agency but do not use asaptickets.com. I called into ASAP to book the $297 RT deal advertised on their website from SFO to the Philippines. When I asked for that deal the rep told me the best deal they could find was $800 for the dates I wanted to travel which I can find on Kayak, Skyscanner, JustFly, etc. actually, they are all lower. I told the rep I can fly any day any time stay a Saturday night as mentioned in the fine print. Still, she could not help me. I am even to happy to fly from SEA or LAX if I have to but still some reason no $297. I called in today 4/20/21 and just kept getting transferred to a new rep. Here read for yourself what's actually on their website as for travel expectations. Again I am happy to travel whenever yet for some reason they can not fulfill the advertised deal on the site. Here is what the small print says: *All the prices displayed are one-way and round-trip economy class airfares per adult person in USD, and include all taxes, fees and applicable surcharges. The fares are subject to seat availability in the corresponding booking inventory, are for individual travel and cannot be used for group travel. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and dates. The advertised prices are valid for travel Monday – Thursday departures in the following dates: Aug 16- Dec 5,2021). Minimum stay – Saturday night, and maximum stay – 30 days. Lowest 2021 fares are available from major US cities (PHL, WAS, BOS, HOU, NYC, LAX, SFO, CHI, SEA, HNL, MIA & others). Again I am happy to meet all the requirements her yet they almost are on the verge of scammy. Let me say this Jewel, Hailey, Ibarra, Pasha, Tinker. Stella have all been very nice and respectful. I gave a 2-star rating because of the nicety of the reps. I have actually booked with ASAP in the past so I thought hey this is great lets book again but maybe things have changed.
