I have used ASAP to travel to Manila from the US in 2015. Being it was my first time I didn't know I could find tickets cheaper directly from the airlines. Fast forward to March 2022, I called once again to see if they could beat the price of $1260 round trip to Manila. The best the agent could do was $1688. When I told him I had found the tickets cheaper he did not believe me. I gave him the airline info and he still couldn't find it. At this point the conversation became more an investigation for him rather than providing excellent customer service. He called again and asked if I needed tickets and I told him I bought the $1260 round trip already, he hung up without saying another word.
BOTTOM LINE: Shop around for your tickets. This company is not the cheapest agency and there customer service is sub-par. You can always use skiplagged and find the cheapest flight and then go directly to the airline to purchase. I would not recommended using ASAP tickets.
I think its funny that the review credibility is low because I did not purchase tickets. But the fact remains the staff gets upset when you find lower fares and their care seems to go out the window.
