To whom this may concern: I purchased a ticket through ASAP from Cancun to Malaga, Spain for a reasonable cost through travel agent Orlando from Sri Lanka. Orlando did a spectacular job of getting me two first class seats on the front and back end of my multi-city trip (Cancun-Miami-London-Malaga) to Spain with a return (Malaga-Madrid-Miami-Tampa) scheduled for the 19th of May. However over the course of the past 3 weeks I have been watching the Coronavirus upend every aspect of the worlds economy with sickness and death and the loss of loved ones. I have been on the fence about going to Spain because the virus keeps blowing up, so I asked ASAP if there was something we could do to avoid penalties and save the ticket for a future date and they said no because Spain isn't considered a high risk country at the moment. Over the past few days the CDC recommends that seniors over 60 (I'm 64 in June) to stay home and off of aircraft and out of malls and crowds, especially those with type 2 diabetes and heart condition. ASAP's customer service representative "Ella" stated: "Please note that the decision to travel or not always belongs to the passenger"... Of course I get that, but what's disconcerting is ASAP's unwillingness to take everything happening in world at the moment (at no fault of my own) and the advice of every country's health officials and allow me the option of going back to Florida and saving the rest of the ticket until this thing blows over.

These guys booked me an international ticket from Point A to Point B via Point C. But when I checked in at airport in San Francisco Delta Airlines, they said my ticket from SFO to destination is not ONE single itinerary - it is 2 itineraries. With the break at the intermediate stop. But the intermediate stop (Point C) was not in US and not in the destination country! That means, I had to collect clear customs in the intermediate stop, collect my luggage and then recheck that at the intermediate stop! Delta Airlines said this Travel agency booked it incorrectly. But ASAPTickets - being the scammers they are - said it was airlines fault. I kept telling them that Airlines gets to decide who is right and who is wrong - thats the it works because they are checking me in. But this agency refused. I tend to believe Delta Airlines because they patiently showed me all the details on their system. THIS TRAVEL AGENCY employs the WORST and CRAPPIEST people they can find - because I am sure they are cheap. What a scam this company is!
