This company is a joke, its hiring the most mediocre stuff, they are after your money, once they get it good lunch getting in touch with them, the stuff is rude every time I ask for a supervisor they said that they don't have one available and you can't complain. I called an agent name Bucky to exchange my flight on Thursday, he said give me 30 mints to find you one. I waited more than an 2 hours and when I did not hear back from him I called him. He said that he still waiting for a respond from the airlines which was a lie. Then after 12 hours he send me an email with my new tickets, I went ahead and paid for it with the form he sent and it was about $214 difference., that was Saturday so when I did not get my E-ticket I called the 1800 number and mr Bucky is nowhere to be found, so I talked to few other agents and they assure me that I have a ticket I just need to wait for Mr. Bucket the perseon who initiated the exchange. I told them the My bank account was debited but I still don't have a ticket, so I waited the next day was Sunday then still don't have a ticket, I called them again again I finally got hold of an agent called webster he also assure me that my ticket is available once Bucky gets back from the weekend you will get, and on Monday I called Bucky he had my wait another 5 hours to find out that I have no ticket and I lost my flight that was on Monday. He said is my fault, and know that ticket it's $500, it's about $300 more. He was unprofessional handling this case. He said now I have to pay that fare or no ticket. Then after I argue with how you do this to me he hang up on me and left me stranded.
Don't use this company the agent are not in the USA they are in Asia and it's very hard to communicate with them. Below is the pic of my bank account debited.
