I thought I had a very helpful agent. But when I sent her emails she had never gotten back to me. I think she did but it was unsatisfactory. I wish her well though. Will never use them agian as much as I can.

My travel agent responded promptly to my request for a quote, was very knowledgeable and searched to get me the best value for money. For example, he suggested a direct flight from Montreal to San Francisco instead of making stops at other Canadian cities. Even though I eventually chose flights with a connection, this was really appreciated! I am a returning customer since 2012 because ASAP never disappoints!

Whatever you do, do your self a favor and never use this agency for any booking. They are not there to help you and will do everything in their power to make your reservation and process painful. They are not helpful at all and will not admit to their mistakes. They are not there for the customer but rather to profit.
