Bought a round-trip ticket summer of 2021, and the flight back was canceled due to covid restrictions on one of my connecting flights in Europe. ASAP did not offer a different flight back nor did it reimburse me. It's been 2 years of calling and emailing them, and they keep giving me the runaround! Worse company ever, worse experience ever!

I was leary in purchasing, however Rogelio was very friendly, great customer service & he sold me. I can only say I would hire Rogelio in a heart beat.
Now Frontier airlines is another story, Frontier charges $63 for carry on and $63 40lb limit! And charge for seats. My extra charges cost more than the ticket.
No reflection on Rogelio, but I won't ever be flying Frontier again. I use to be a reg. With them but no more.

Warning! ASAP Tickets, ITN, victimizes customers by deceptively, unethically, and ruthlessly charging customers and booking tickets, but negligently and recklessly hiding the fact that no seats whatsoever are included, seats cost a significant hefty excessive price, and customers are compelled to purchase seats at additional cost.
One case is $132 x 4 flight legs, $528. ITN's highest level, Special Services, dictated that seats are not included and must be paid for at an additional price.
ASAP alone is the most disgusting, ruthless, deceptive, and negligent travel company. No other company has been more abusive and shameful towards long-time customers.
Court action shall be UNRELENTING for criminal negligence, fraud, abuse, and SEVERE financial punitive damages. Abused? Join us. May ITN be forced into bankruptcy and out of business by customers and courts.

I bought a ticket from Asap Tickets went home yet couldn't return because there was a strike at the Lagos airport. I have been communicating with Asap on email and phone for 5months yet nothing. Asap ticket is so unprofessional. Terrible services. Please don't use them. In case of any challenges they won't help. Worst agency. Don't use them to purchase your tickets. You will regret.
