I expended almost 2 hours to book this flight. I paid also $139.00 for flight protection. I asked if all will be included on it such as trip delays and luggage lost or retraced. The representative told me that I would have free seating election included in Tourist class and that I needed to call the company to select them which I did. It resulted that the seating was not included at all and that the insurance for luggage had to be done directly with the Alliance company. At the end it costed almost the same with the extra time expended with the to book seats and make another insurance. Not worthy at all.

Terrible...agent requested I provide screenshots from other ticketing services to verify cheaper fares on other sites. After reviewing the screenshots the agent tried offering cheaper fares from the ASAP offer but not as low as the other sites until after rejection. To get to a better fare, the agent booked the wrong flight and I had to pay extra to cancel the flight and by then, the fares had gone up as well.
