The service by my ASAP agent was superlative. Best of all was that I could reach him by phone and he knew who I was!
Very good experience was able to get what I wanted
They sold me a ticket with three stops to Singapore and sent me a confirmation number but after keeping my money for 4 month they start to change the date and time of the flight and each time asking me for more money for middle connection flight.
One day they sent me an email that my offer was not accepted. I called and asked them what offer? What are they talking about?
ASAP told me the flyscoot has cancelled the flight middle part from Athens to Singapore.
Having them on the line I called Singapore airport and asked the flyscoot if that is true but they denied and said ASAP has deleted my flight.
I asked ASAP to cancel the entire trip so I can book elsewhere but they refused and told me I have to take the flight from Montreal to Lisbon and to Athens and they are not going to cancel the flight from Montreal which I could buy it cheaper directly. Now I had to buy a ticket for that missing connection and pay more because they limited my choice of the date.
I end up to cancel my hotel reservation and lost more money.
ASAP didn't refund the amount they changed for insurance and their commission.
I have sent them a legal demand letter but my bailiff couldn't find their address. The bailiff report said ASAP office doesn't exist.
Don't pay to buy yourself trouble. You pay in North America but some cheaters and liers answer you from India.
Even police, BBB or Consumer protection cannot and will not help you. Your credit card is not fighting to get your money back after they withdraw your money and don't give it back. Still I am trying to find somewhere to bring them to court.
The aggravation does not worth it avoid these Crooks.
Don't put your hard earned money in their hands. You will never be able to get it back.

Booked a flight from this site for 6 passengers at over 3k each per person for a two way ticket, less than a week before our flight we receive an email stating that we will now have a LAYOVER that will add several hours to our flight, we contacted this company for clarification regarding the lay over but the person we spoke with cannot even tell us a. Simple detail if we have to disembark from the plane or stay and other minor details, we reiterated that we paid a lot of money so that we will have a direct flight otherwise we would have booked with another travel company with MUCH CHEAPER airfare and better client service, the guy we spoke with sarcastically said we can refuse that booking and wait for another flight but he CANNOT giveus any assurance that we can fly the same day. Our family suffered a severely traumatizing experience experience in Vancouver Airport that is why we avoid it but now we are FORCED to go there and relive that experience with no help whatsoever from ASAP tickets. I will let everybody I know about this so people will know how ASAP just take your money then abandon you.

Dont book any tickets from asap. They just give u fake promises and services. After getting your payment, they wont listen you and dont give any credit card details coz they just steal ur money from card without ur information. They rose their ratings by vary names of their employees. Even their employees with fake names like Ivan, Logan and Light. They all r working from india with differ names. They just bluff with you for ticket bookings. Thr is no any proof tht companys headoffice is in USA. They r just money oriented ppl who caught you for fishing. My agent named Ivan continously promised me to changed the dates without any penalty or hassle from day one and now he doesnt stand on his promises and denied for exchange. Other guys asking for money to do tht. All r giving differ reasons and vary scenario to me. They changed my bookings 2-3 times bt i didnt say a word to them. I am hvng trouble to do journey with my 3 months daughter when we came to india moreover they give 14 hours layover at delhi airport. How should i handle my toddler for 14 hours at delhi airport? They dont care abt our situations. Plz guys i request u tht never ever trust of ths bluffmasters and book ur tickets through them. They r money stealer and fraudsters of online bookings. I got really Stuck with ths bookings. Nobody wants to help me out from ths scenario. I will make sure to do legal actions against this scammers when i reach to canada.

On July 1,2022 I called ASAP tickets to book a ticket from Vancouver to Manilla as my spouse just found out his mother in the Philippines is dying. I spoke to a man by the name of Brethren D. In the call he engaged in fraudulent behaviours and he was duplicitous. He told me he could get a seat on Air China at 2am on July 2,2022. Brethren told me it would cost $3,800. I said that was too much and he said in response that he would call the airline and see if he could get a better price. He put me on hold and he then came back and he said he could get the same seat now for about $2,800. He then asked if I wanted cancellation insurance of $280. When I said "no" he said he would split the cost in half. Notably the price did not come off the insurance but on the flight cost. At this point I thought it was a go…then Brethren came back and said the ticket was no good as the flight was overbooked. He said he had cancelled it but said I was in luck because there was a passenger cancellation…. He said two other agents were vying for the seat but he said he would fight for the seat. The catch was that he told me I would have to pay more money, I think he said it would be $400 more. At the same time I went of China Air' site and saw that there were dozens of seats available on the same flight for $2280! I realized he was engaging in fraudulent behavior and trying to scam me. I said I would not book with him…he then said he had booked me on the original seat that he had said was no good! I told him he was "scamming" me and I would not be using his services…during the period after he told me the original ticket was no good I bought my own ticket…. After telling me that the original ticket was useless he charged me for it anyway even though I did not want it…. I immediately called MasterCard and I had my card cancelled and informed them the charge was fraudulent. They stopped payment.".

Where do I start? The initial booking of the tickets to Switzerland went well... enter COVID... then it all went up in smoke. Due to the international ban for travel, we were pretty much forced to either get a credit for a future trip or a refund. We were advised to persue the refund because "many airlines may go bankrupt"! Our Initial agent was NO where to be found... no calls or emails returned... after multiple! And I mean multiple tries to get help I was always told then " I can not help you because I am not the assigned agent to your account... then I would be told that such or such would be I'm contact very soon... never happened... I literally talked with 11 people trying to get this resolved. Finally I talked with Winona and she assured me that she would be our agent from "here on it out". She did get a refund authorization for a refund(unites airlines) and it would take 30- 60 days to process. That was May 23. After watching our statements there was still no refund... I again sent multiple emails and left a few messages with Winona. NO responses. I called ASAP again and talked to George( never any last name given..."I'm the only George here" he told me it would take more than 60 days... usually 90. He would send a email to Winona and her manager immediately and we should be expecting to hear from them within the next 2 days... it has been now 2 weeks... I have sent 3 more emails and still nothing. I called united airlines to see if they had received a refund comfirmation from ASAP tickets... nope! Nothing! I called my Visa card company to make sure I hadn't missed it before I called United... United was kind and helpful but said their hands are tied until they get something from ASAP... we are pretty sure we got scammed big time. We will be calling our visa company soon so they can initiate an investigation into ASAP and our situation. Please! What ever you do... DO NOT give this company a red cent of your vacation money! If this company checks their reviews just maybe possibly I will get some answers. I'm not holding my breath.
