Don't book tickets from them. Buy directly from airline company. All these five star reviews are fake written by their so called customer service employees. Half of their agents don't even speak English language nor they know how to speak to a customer. They are always rude even the supervisor hang up on you. So long story ahead
We have been booking tickets since 2/3 years now with the same agent and never had an issue before. The company now has some crap policies and bad people working to meet their end needs by fooling and exploiting customers. We were first offered cheap tickets with a good airline company. In few days, one of our ticket was canceled and got an email. Upon calling them, they said rest all tickets have been canceled and no one had an audacity to inform us. So we are like at the starting point again with them holding our money. Cuz basically if airlines cancel ur money, you will receive it within 7 bd/20 bd but these people told us it would take months. After that being stranded with almost 7000$ in all, we told them to rebook which they only did with price hiked options on some average airlines. So just they couldn't assure us a refund which is a customer's right we have to spent almost 400$ extra to book another ticket. These people are running scam industry. By looking at all 1 star comments its clear this company never refunds you your money, instead they never book flights for u, steal your money by advertising its most cheap airline ticket. You spend your days getting hold of them and they treat you as if you are nobody. This is our hard earned money, you can't exploit people like this. Report them.

I BOUGHT TWO TICKETS FROM CANADA TO INDIA RETURN AND WHILE COMING BACK WE GOT AN EMAIL THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE FLIGHT JUST 6 HOURS BEFORE OUR FLIGHT.
I CALLED THE ASAP TICKETS AND TALKED ALMOST 5 AGENTS AND ALL WERE FORCING ME AHHERESSING ME TO BUY NEW TICKETS AS THIS IS SOMETHING ON THE AIRLINES AND I WILL REFUNDED PARTIALLY FOR THIS ISSUE.
EDDIE, THE AGENT FROM ASAP TICKETS FORCED ME TO CANCEL THE TICKETS AT THE LAST MOMENT AND BUT ANOTHER SET OF TICKETS ONLY.
HE THEN ACTUALLY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR EACH TICKETS BY TAKING MY CARD INFORMATION TWICE FORCEFULLY.
I AM STUDENT AND I LOST 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN JUST ONE SINGLE DAY.
HE THEN PROMISED ME THAT THE TICKETS HE GOT US FORCEFULLY CANCELLED WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK IN A WEEK.
NOW NO ONE IS HELPING US AND JUST ASKING US TO WAIT AND ITS ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK. PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE LOST ALL MY MONEY.
I HAVE PROVES OF THE EMAIL FOR CANCELLED FLOGHT; HIS FORCING US TO PUT IN THE CARD DETAILS TWICE; AND EVEN THE PHONE CALL RECORDINGS FOR HARRESSING AND FORCING ME TO BUY THE TICKETS.

I got sick and needed my refund I was told the "care" service plan is no insurance by Logan of Asap tickets Special Services. I had previously been told that I would had to wait six months for their refund process, that's if at the end of the "process" they decided to "get my back".
