DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. I bought 5 tickets for me and my family from them. I usually always buy from the airline directly. But since all of us were traveling on different dates and the plan was to return together I just thought to avoid any confusion and changes in flight I called them as I looked them up on the internet. The agent who answered the call BARNABAS, assured me that it should all be taken care of without an issue. He kept calling me for the next 2 days and it was more than 2 dozen times he called. I was reluctant to buy as I could see cheaper tickets directly from the airline's official website. When I told him he said that the tickets you are looking at are WEIGHTLESS TICKETS. I asked him what that meant and he said that they could change after you book but if you buy from me I assure you that there will be no change in schedule. Although it was expensive I just bought the tickets from him and that too at a higher price plus tips. I just wanted the peace of mind of nit going through the hassle of schedule changes since my kids are 2 years and 6 years of age. After I pay them, 2 weeks later I receive an email about a schedule change, and the layover changed from 3 hours to 6 hours 48 minutes. Shortly I receive another email for the second iternary change. And not too long after the third one changed too. I had the number of the agent so I called him, he answered and said I will call you in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours, and called him back. He didn't answer my calls. After repeated phone calls went unanswered I called the company. They said we will call you back but first acknowledge the changes. Only than we can talk to the airline. I called the airline directly and I was told that since you bought them from a third party we can't help you. Now it has been 4 days and no one has called to rectify or atleast address the issue. When they wanted the business they wouldn't stop calling me. Now that I am stuck no one has tried to help. They just keep transferring me from one department to the other. Save yourself the trouble of buying any tickets from them. They are least helpful and utterly unprofessional
