This airline ticket agent Albalia G. Was very attentive and responsive while I was in the process of buying my tickets. However, after the purchase, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with her. She's say she'll call, She's on lunch, she 's off, will call in an hr. But never does. It's disappointing. It feels like they're only interested in securing your business, but once the sale is made, you're left on your own.
Yes, pretty much did find answers to the questions on my own, cuz I dont have the time to her availability. Like I'm the ine begging for her business. Thanks to PAL agents who are helpful and so professional in helping. They even guide me how to do things online. Even though
I did not purchased my tickets from them directly. Anf FYI, ASAPTICKETS are really not the cheapest. I looked for more to book my other 2 siblings to get the same flight, and it $100 less cheaper. Thank God I did not give my additional business to her. Not using ASAPTICKETS again. I regret buying from them.

ASAP tickets has a written policy that if you find cheaper prices within 24 hours of booking through them they will honor the lower price. This is not true. I found a cheaper price offered by the same airlines and the same flight. I called ASAP and reported the discrepancy three times. They have refused to honor the lower price despite physical evidence and repeated requests. This ticket agent is not to be trusted especially now with so many flights getting cancelled. Each time your flight is cancelled they charge an exorbitant fee to rebook. They told me it was the airlines increasing the price of the ticket but I called the airline and they said they would rebook for no extra costs. The FTC does not regulate ticket agents only if you book directly with the airline.The first picture shows the airline price and the second picture shows ASAP price.

"Booked two tickets for separate dates through AsapTickets and 3 days later got a call from their rep saying that the ticket prices had gone up, for one ticket by about $25 and for the other by $110. I told them that I was unwilling to pay more since my card had already been charged for the agreed-upon prices. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never buy through them again. Unethical business!"

No concierge no customer service

I purchased a very expensive ticket from this site. Xiao was the agent and. Was very helpful. They put in an insurance even if I said I don't want to. The insurance was expensive at $250. If you purchase insurance here in US it's very cheap has medical coverage. Their insurance covers only the 100% refund of your ticket if you are hospitalized and missed your flight. $500 certificate (who knows what this certificate can buy) for each bag if you loose them. The insurance says free rebooking. You get $300 if the flight is delayed for 6 hours. The downside is you paid $250 and unreality you are getting only $50 it your flight is delayed. That's for their $300-you think they will give you money for your inconvenience? Hello the call center is in Cebu city they will get all your money and make you think there even customers service. I waited soooo long on a Saturday and no one picked up after an hour's wait. Bring your business elsewhere. This is not a good travel agency at all.
