I have been seeking a refund for two flights that was canceled by Delta Airlines on April 11,2020, due to Covid 19, which I purchased from ASAPTICKETS.COM on December 19,2019, for departure May 28,2020. ASAPTICKETS confirmation # NFGS0D
I am asking for a refund for the Trip Protection Plan, too.
I have spoken to numerous ASAPTICKETS agents and still no refund:
DREFUS, April 12,2020, said he couldn't help me that he was in the booking department. Said he would submit a request for a refund to the claims department. I ask him to email me summarizing our conversation and to send me a copy of the request, He did not send me an email summarizing our conversation and he gave me a wrong phone number for him.
*******@ASAPTICKETS, April 12,2020... submitted a "Form to Submit Request To Customer Service" for a refund on April 12,2020. He sent me a copy of the form. Afterwards, there was no follow up from him.
*******@ASAPTICKETS, April 17,2020... I called ASAPTICKETS and spoke to her since Leonardo did not respond. She said Gerald would be taking care of me.
*******@ASAPTICKETS, April 18,2020... He said he submitted my info yesterday and it would take 48 hours for him to hear back from the customer service team. (I did not believe he submitted my info the same day I contacted Veronica.). I was in contact with Gerald by email on April 18, 20, 21, 29, 30, May 1, 4, 5, 25 and 27. On May 5, Gerald sent me a voicemail saying, WE'll BE DOING A FULL REFUND". The thing is uh we do have to "submit an online authorization form, that is basically a form where you confirm that it will be uh a cancelled flight and that you authorize us to cancel the seats and refund the tickets". I did fill out the form and I have a copy of it. Gerald is no longer working with ASAP.
I have spoken to 3 other agents from ASAP. It seems the agents have no authority to give refunds. Please, please let me speak to someone who can help me get a refund.
ASAP, please refund my money. I have been under an enormous amount of stress worrying about getting a refund. I realize Covid 19 has caused stress for your employees and your company too and that things take time. You have many people who all want the same thing, a refund. Hopefully I will be getting a refund soon since I have been waiting for almost 3 months. I received a refund for my cruise, and insurance a month ago and my flight canceled before the cruise cancelled.
Did I hear correctly that if your flight was an international flight, that the EU protects passengers whose flight was canceled, and a refund is due the passenger within 7 days?
This 74 year old woman with a compromised immune system is asking you to please, please refund my money! I cannot travel again until there is a vaccine for this terrible virus that has killed mostly older people.
