I've been eyeing the famous "Melina" leather pants from Aritzia and I finally caved and bought them. Although my bank account wasn't too happy, I am! These pants are so soft, comfortable, and fit me like a glove! The packaging they came in was aesthetically pleasing too, and the shipping was so fast! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future :)
My general impression of aritzia is good. The website was easy to use and they had detailed measurements of each item, and they seem to be inclusive on sizing. The pricing makes sense for most pieces of clothing and if you sign up for an account you also get free shipping.
Unfortunately though I do see a lot of independent brands on the website, I see no indication of whether or not the items were made sustainably, so I can only trust with what aritzia promises on that front.
As for the quality and shipping, it took about 2 weeks for this item to arrive due to its limited stock. I assume this is because the clothes come from independent sellers, so they don't mass produce them.
The sweater vest I ordered has received some hype on tiktok alongside with their new tennis skirts. Looking at the sweater vest without it on me, it's beautiful and looks accurate to photos. It's also very soft, so no complaints with quality. The size technically is the right size as well. However, I was disappointed to find out that the vest looks very awkward on me, and quite frankly, I feel like I could find something like this at a thrift store. $98 for a single sweater vest does feel excessive. The sweater vest looked more loose at the bottom on the model, which is what I was going for, but the elastic on the hem ruins it and makes it look bad on me. I don't think it's worth the price and I'm a little sad that it looks different on me than on the model.
All in all, I did still have a mostly positive experience shopping with aritzia. I'm a little worried about how the clothes would look on me in comparison to the models in the future, but the free shipping is nice.
I've been a customer of Aritzia for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. Mostly because it was a popular store but more often than not I was disappointed in the quality of their clothing. I had finally had enough after a $200 Ganna Jacket suddenly developed holes in it after wearing no more than a dozen times. I reported it and was told it was normal wear and tear! I can get better lasting clothes at Walmart...
Tried to cancel my order within an hour (at 5:00AM) and they said they only accept cancelations within 30 mins, even though they haven't even accepted the funds yet or processed the order (the purchase is still pending on PayPal, too) What bothers me the most is that I'll now have to pay for postage to return an item that wasn't correctly shown on the website (I learned there was an unattractive colour inside the blazer from the reviews) and I can't even get it refunded to my credit card, only PayPal, so I won't be able to lift the debt off my credit card and I won't be able to spend that money unless I buy something online through PayPal. Ew, I don't want to shop here again. Also, their sales associates are extremely annoying and commission-hungry, they won't leave you alone in store so it's a nightmare for shy people.
I bought the TNA Botanie Long Puffer last year and the zipper broke. It is such a bad quality item for the price I bought it for. I have the smaller one too and it's the same. I am not impressed with the quality of the jacket.
I purchased 4 sweaters with the understanding that I would be returning two of them. When I tried to do a return, they offered store credit only because the sweaters were sale items. The sweaters were $200 and reduced in price by $10. Big deal! Because they were on sale, I received store credit only. This is an example of corporate greed. I don't support this kind of business model. So disappointed.
I ordered a hoodie online and regretted hitting the submit order button so I tried to cancel but they only give you a 30 minute window to cancel. I find this so stupid. I want to go return it in stores when it comes in the mail but from what I read of the return policy, you can only get in store credit. This is very frustrating to me and needs to be changed so the experience can be enjoyable
Ordered something and it didn't ship for 2 weeks so i called and they said it would ship in 2 days and i called a week later and it still hadn't shipped and they finally said A MONTH AFTER I ORDERED to cancel the order and order again and i got no sort of refund or discount. Bad customer service.
I bought a pair of gloves which were torn in 3 parts as if they were made with rotten thread. Also it was supposed to be touch screen but didn't work from the beginning. I took them back to the store and they asked for a receipt which I definitely did not have after a few months.
They just said sorry. But I'm very disappointed because I used $44 for disposable gloves!

Do not buy from this store. They will not refund your money for items purchased on sale. I'm not talking clearance items, NO sale items. They had a site wide black Friday sale and conveniently didn't list under the advertisements that there were no refunds. A freaking 10% off item was non-refundable. Absolutely despicable company.
Stay away! Will never get your store credit on returned items. Customer service lies to your face!

First, with its return/exchange policy, with all brands ive ever shopped, this is worst policy ive seen. Only refunds with store credits and no refund on any sales. This is ridiculous especially during COVID.
I ordered online last months and I shipped two pieces back. First, it took about two weeks for them to process the return. Second, the customer service insisted they only found one item in my return... while Im 100% sure I put both clothes in the bag but in separate bags. They refused the process the return and thats how I didnt get a top neither $50 back
I used the store credits from return and bought a cami from Babaton. The satin feels way cheaper than the satin dress I got from Target, such bad quality for the price, totally not worth the money.
They probably just use all money they got from customers on marketing with those influencers, lol
Ordered on Dec 4. Estimated date of arrival is Dec 9. When I track my order it says 'label created' so my order hasn't even been picked up to ship yet. No way to reach anyone by phone or live chat. What a disaster

I am appalled at Aritzias customer service. I ordered something on a VIP sale and it was $100 cheaper within 24 hours, and they won't do a price adjustment! And to ad salt to the wound, they won't let me return the thing I bought! Disgusted. Do not shop here
We purchased some items online and were given a delivery date within 5 business days of the purchase. It's been 13 business days, and we have not received our full order. We emailed customer service and were told that they were "sorry" that we didn't understand that there was a 24-48 hour processing time. When we asked whether we were supposed to add this to the delivery date provided by the aritzia order page, radio silence. Today, 13 business days later, we called and were told that aritzia would "try" to get information from fedex and let us know by the end of the day what was happening with our order. Again, nothing. We will not be shopping there again and will makesure we let our friends and family know about our experience: inept customer "service" reps and poor management of expectations. For the price of our order, we expected a bare minimum of service and reliability - we did not get it.
Even thought I have purchased from Aritzia on my gift credit card and also have my number of the gift card they refuse to recognize the balance that I have. My suggestion is never ever to to purchase a gift card from
Aritzia ever!
Also, they will not allow one to submit a review unless a star is clicked on!
I am extremely disappointed in Aritzia's inaction with the delay in my delivery. This is only worsened by the fact that their customer service team refused to price adjust an item that went on sale just three days after I purchased it.
I placed an order for one of their puffer jackets on November 6th. On November 9th, everything on their website went on sale for 20% off as part of their Singles' Day sale. When I reached out to their concierge to ask if they could price adjust the item, they refused to, citing their stringent price adjustment policy. Instead, they said that I could return and repurchase the item, in spite of the fact that (1) the item had not even been shipped yet and (2) I am currently overseas and would have to pay an expensive import fee on top of a whopping $45 return fee.
Now, almost three weeks after I purchased the item, they are unable to give me an estimated time of arrival for when I can expect my package. Just imagine if I had done their "return and repurchase" suggestion. I would be out $550 (plus import fees and a $45 return fee). Meanwhile, I wouldn't even have the product I purchased and would be past their return policy, which requires customers to return items within 30 days from the shipping date.
Especially if you are shopping internationally, do not shop with Aritzia. They may say that your order will be delivered in a few business days, but you will end up waiting indefinitely for the merchandise you purchased, and customer service does nothing about it.
Please don't place items on your website that are not for sale. Purchased $1000 worth of clothing, turns out they couldn't ship it because they were sold out. Ridiculous, what a waste of time and money.
Customer service was exceptional when I recently went in to purchase a pant. I found the TIO pant and I want to thank Aritzia for providing long pants to tall girls like me. Finally, pants which cover my full legs! I'm so happy in these pants.
Answer: Yes seems how I ordered tires 2-15-2023 and now it's 4-10-23 and still haven't gotten them and can't even Wright them do to them blocking me
Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
