Ordered 2 Tractor tires on 2/27/2023. Three weeks later a package arrived, but it was a ring for your finger!
Called my credit card company and reversed the charges. Had called them but couldn't get any answers as to why I got a ring and no tires.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
So first off I ordered 4 all season car tires and they sent me one ring and it says on there website 3-5 business days didn't receive the item that wasn't even the correct item for two weeks that website is a scam don't do it

I recently made a purchase and one of the items was missing. When I called Aritzia concierge they said after internal review they will NOT give me a refund or send me the missing item (Cacoon coat) because the item was scanned and left the warehouse. I gathered evidence such as the box (11" x13") my other item came in and explained to them it's physically impossible to fit a wool coat inside yet they still would NOT send me the jacket or give me a refund. Instead they advised me to contact my bank so I could submit a claim (probably hoping the bank would just swallow the charges and the employee stealing at their distribution centre will continue to get away with STEALING from Aritzia customers.) After WEEKS of back and forth emails and calls they finally agreed to refund me the money since the JACKET WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK. LINDSAY the Client Experience Manager at Aritzia Concierge proceeded to tell me that they will NO LONGER BE SHIPPING STUFF TO ME and I CAN NO LONGER SHOP WITH THEM as if I am the criminal ripping them off?!? The root cause is in their distribution centre not their customer.
Imagine that "hey sorry since the coat is now out of stock we can no longer send you the item. In addition you will never be able to buy the coat in another color because after internal review we will no longer ship anything to you. How about Internal review your own internal department and distribution centre. Certainly sounds like the INTERNAL TEAMS are conspiring to steal from Aritzia on the expense of innocent customers.
I have attached photos of the box with the pants I ordered as well as an old cropped wool jacket to prove a regular wool jacket could not fit into this box.
A company that loves their way of doing customer service more thank actually doing customer service. They get off to their own ideologies and have blind faith in their own culture. They are in love with their own customers service modules instead of actually helping customers. They make money not because of their customers service but despite it. They have good marketing and are the only contenders in their niche. That's why the do well. The customer service training presented by Pippa is outdated and ridiculous as I don't believe she has worked in a store since the 90s. However every manager believes they are gonna be the next Pippa. So the follow along blindly lie to staff and bully ppl.
Worn for 3 days (see picture) wanted me to purchase new coat then send and wait for refund. My daughter also bought a sweatshirt that arrived with tears all over. Not worth the money or the hassle of returning. They should offer a replacement once item is confirmed shipped back.
Had a package go missing, no fault of my own, and now they will no longer deliver to my house. Not even like, make you sign for it, just forever will no longer deliver. They say this is to keep a standard of service, but in reality, it shows they do not care about having my business. Essentially I should have let the package just be lost instead of reporting it. What a literal joke,
I went to Aritzia with my daughter at the Carrefour location in Laval. The cashier continuously spoke to me in French when I spoke to her four times in English, and then asked her if she speaks English, and she replied yes
I find them to be very unprofessional, snobby and unpleasant in the customer service department for me for items that are not the cheapest.
When you're a customer and you constantly speak in English, you could at least say I don't speak that well in French which I may add, she spoke amazing English definitely will not go visit that location again.

This was my second time ordering from Aritzia, and I placed a fairly large order this time around as I was trying to invest in high quality staple pieces that would last a while. One of the items I ordered (Pelli leather shirt jacket) was huge, so I went on the live chat to ask about their exchange policy. I mentioned to the agent that I needed this item for an event so I was concerned the process would take 1-2 weeks. The agent waived the return fee, added priority shipping, and helped me get a new order sent out with the right size. I ended up getting it the next day! This order was also a split shipment, and every package I've gotten from Aritzia has gotten here pretty fast.
I was surprised to see the amount of negative reviews, but then again I worked in retail once and remember people disregarding the return policy and then getting upset the return won't be accepted.
J'ai commandé 2 chandails en cashmere et ils sont tout simplement parfaits! Belle qualité de vêtement, livraison hyper rapide, rien de négatif à mentionner. Je n'ai pas eu de retour à faire, je ne peux donc parler de cet aspect. Un peu cher mais c'est le prix à payer pour cette belle qualité. A noter que le gris est un peu teinté lilas. Cela me convient mais ne conviendrait peut-être pas à toutes.
I wanted my order at a specific day and since the first one had billing and shipping address differently, Aritzia advised that I place a 2nd order, none of the packages received although the 2nd one was priority and I had to call them 5 times each time I was on hold at least 20 minutes
This was truly my worst experience with a clothing retailer
I could not choose a color for my first super puff and then the staffs were so nice and helpful! They recommended a few colors to me and also helped me to pick them up!
Very disappointed! We bought a coat, second choice from my daughter, but then we found the first choice of coat on another store so we went back for return. Because today was black Friday, Aritzia in Carrefour Laval in Quebec, did not want it to reimburse us even if the coat wasn't on special! They told us to come back the next day. Really expensive and no service. For my daughter was a shock so never again we will come back there. Plus is pretty expensive and no service at all. We had to buy the first choice coat for my daughter, and we are talking about more than 300$.

I bought a suit and it was not cheap. I took the tags off and it ripped the material of the suit. I also discovered a hole covered by the tag itself. I then went to the store to return it and they wouldn't take it back even though I didn't wear it. Unbelievable. This store is a rip-off. I would advise everyone to not shop there.
This business is great- been shopping here for 12 years. Yes they have sales that only discount the item by 5-10% which renders the item not fully refundable to your original form of payment. Simply read their return policy or ask in store and they will kindly explain; it is not that hard. The customer service has been 100% perfect and I order multiple times throughout the month. The only thing I can note is the warehouse has started to miss items when you return by mail so I do video record all return packaging now. CS still is super helpful every time.
Disgraceful return policy. 48 hrs after purchase, rude manager would not take a return bc 1 tag had been removed, not factory tag, just price tag. This store will be reported to the better business bureau. No where on the receipt is this policy stated.
Aritzia is not going to be around for long if they continue their current operating model. Their price point is much too high for quality that is on par with Zara or a fast fashion brand. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. Takes days to get a response, you'll pay for overnight shipping and when it hasn't come a week later absolutely no accountability and the customer is always a burden to them. Their return policy is also overly harsh and sales people in store are too pushy. You can tell they're completely focused on bringing in revenue with absolutely no thought to sustainability of brand, building customer loyalty, and customer experience. I will absolutely not spend another dollar - this place is a rip off.
My order was automatically made to the ship to the wrong address while using Apple Pay, didnt have a chance to type it in was just automatic. I contacted them literally 2 minutes after I ordered and they said the order was "locked" and I couldn't make changes! Literally it states that you can cancel within 30 minutes.( I was originally going to try to just change the address but they wouldn't, so now I'm over it cancel it!) I tried contacting the company a few hours after and they said they couldn't help me because I was outside of the 30 minute window. I contacted them in the 30 minute window originally, and they wouldn't help! People can only do so much!
They now tell me I can return for a full refund, well that's great…. But its not going to be shipped to the right address so how am I supposed to return it! This is so inconsiderate.
On top of that I was going to purchase the jacket in the store today but I couldnt go to a rack of clothing without a sales associate coming up to me. I decided to order online to have a better shopping experience. I had a mask on, aka a social cue to give a person some space. This company needs to do better. They charge a lot for their clothing so its not just nickels and dimes for people that are left in the customer service nightmare.
So disappointed with the Aritzia stores. A pair of pants that I ordered 9/15/22 never shipped. There was a delay that they never told me about. Needed them for a wedding 10/16/22. So annoying
I placed an order that never arrived. I called and was promised a refund. They credited me only 50% of the amount. When I called again, The very nice lady said that she saw I was only credited 50% and she had to refer it to another "team." Never received my refund. Must have been the fraud "team"
Answer: Yes seems how I ordered tires 2-15-2023 and now it's 4-10-23 and still haven't gotten them and can't even Wright them do to them blocking me
Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
