I have order and pay 0n 23/01/2019 order No. 2472 total $381.91, I dont receive the cloth until now, I try to sent eamil but also no reply.
Never received a thing smfh I order jean and a skirt with a matching top they took the money with no problems but yet to get my stuff
I placed 2 orders almost a week ago. I kept checking the site to see if my order status was updated and no it wasn't, just kept saying they processed my order and it's waiting to be shipped. Checked today and the whole site is gone along with my money! I sent them an email and now to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. I hope they get caught and prosecuted!
They changed their name to something else. And now they have their site at 100% off and you just pay shipping. Never got my items and they took twice the shipping amount off my card.
Disputed the transaction with my card provider, they refunded my money and are going after these people in a full lawsuit. Have fun you worthless scammers.
They cheated me by charging me extra for a dress I never ordered. Can someone help me and tell me what should I do, they are not replying to any of emails also.
I just picked the dress only when ordering but the invoice included the coat (i couldn't understand why). I did not oder the coat really. So long I don't receive feedback this shop.

My daughter ordered a dress for her 21st, which she had worked and paid for herself. The funds came off her bank account and she has not heard from these people, despite numerous e-mails. Absolutely disgusting!
I order online a dress for 29$ and they add to my bill a cout for 299$. Are to many girls getting foolish by them. ARIEL take from my card over 300 euro I send them many mails and never replay back. Charged extra (ugly) fur coat after wanting to buy dress for 30$, ended up charged more than 300$. They ignore my e-mails, never got anything delivered. Please stay away!
26 of january i orded a dress for 29 dollars they charged 299 dollars extra for a jacket that i didn´t order. Trying to cancel my order but they don´t reply. If you been exposed to scam join the fb group ariel avenue ehop fraud! For more information. I´ve reported them to European Consumer Centres Network and Mastercard. This company needs to be stopped.
Overall the quality is good, compared to the price. Unfortunately the shipping is not very fast but is free.

They charged ne over 300 USD while I had 1 item of 30 USD in my cart. Just after pressing place order they showed me a confirm with another item which I never seen before, which was like 280 USD
Same as the others, I ordered a dress for $29.97 and they added on a coat for an additional $299.97. Have tried to contact several times, no reply. I posted servers messages on their Facebook page, they deleted them, then blocked me. They did the same to my husband and sister when they commented negatively too. Reported to the fraud department at my bank. They are working on trying to get my money back
