I purchased here mainly because of price, but I've found your site very streamlined, and easy to navigate. Your products are clearly shown, and all the information I need as I check out is just where I look to find it. Nor bugs, no fuss - well done!

Ordering these again in different size for our bedroom because the bathroom one looks amazing. Second time around shipping was slow, waited a month for 2 pieces. One of them came with a couple defects which I was able to correct. Overall very pleased with our purchase

Smooth ordering process.

The shutters look great, went up real easy (I do a LOT of my own work so I have a good amount of experience). One minor item: the covers that snap over the screws (to make them less visible) don't always stay put. No big deal to me. I plan to order more of these shutters for other windows on my house. They really dress up the appearance of the place!

We have yet to install the pediment, however we are not anticipating any problems. The only suggestion we might make is that an inner packaging be used when shipping. Although, the pediment was received unscathed, we could definitely see where extra care may not be be taken by the shipper and damage could occur. Other than that we highly recommend Architectural Depot for great items at a reasonable cost.

Had my order cancelled from Amazon. Found architectural depot and ordered from them. Said my order would be there first part of October. It arrived the next week! Very impressive. Great quality product.

It has been a very difficult process. The two customer service people I have spoken with have been trying to help me get correct shutters, but it is going on 3 weeks since the wrong order was received.

Product as described. Shipping took 3 weeks. Called customer service after 2 weeks. Response that I got was that I could cancel my order if did not want to wait. After they finally shipped the shutters arrived quickly

I was having a difficult time finding the shutters with the size I need but found it on this web site. Looking forward to having them delivered. All around satisfaction. Size perfect. Timely delivery. Packaged well no damage.

Good experience overall. My initial order of one pair was taking forever so I cancelled it and ordered a color swatch.
That came quick, confirmed my color choice and ordered six pairs. They ended up shipping on schedule.

Great selection. It took me a little while to find something "modern" with clean lines. But the corbels were exactly what I needed, they shipped quickly, and were packed with enough protection to prevent damage. I love them!

Love the products & free shipping. Don't like the 20% restocking fee for items being exchanged for different sizes. I paid for return shipping & got an RA for it but don't appreciate loosing 20% for exchanges. My recommendation would be to be sure of widths against any obstacles such as corners, AC duct work or electrical boxes before ordering.

Slow progress going through the sale. Your selection of the items was fairly broad but I I had trouble reading the billing totals. They were not centered So that I could clearly read them. It took too much time!. The shipping and handling costs were much more than we expected.

This item did not show up on my initial search of acanthus corbels, but when I typed in fireplace mantel parts and searched there, it came up. There's got to be a better way to do a more inclusive search. I would have missed this item the first time around.

First time customer. Hope I'm happy with product. There were two different screw caps and the one that covered cap on the out side was better than the internal snap type. Also one shutter set was 12 inch wide instead of the 15 wide ordered, but was able to use it as it set off by itself and not as visible. The shutters look great and installed easily.

We needed some assistance about additional information for the product and the associate was very helpful resulting in us ordering this product. Love the selection that you have Can almost find everything we would need at this site. Will definately buy again

I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I shop here! The prices I pay are insane considering the "WOW" factor value that these products have generated in my home when people come to visit! Fabulous customer service too!

Awesome! Same price as the stocked items at the big box retailers even though these would have been customer oder because of the color and I would have had to wait 2-4 weeks... Got these in three days! THey are a better quality and have a more finished appearance. You won't be disappointed!

Easy to order, very affordable, makes all the difference in the world on our house. Arrived promptly, easy to follow instructions included. These are ideal if you're just looking to spruce up your look without spending a lot. We recently bought an old farmhouse and will live in it a few years before building elsewhere on the property, and these definitely give it a more homey look.
