Ordering was simple, no problems. However, the finished medallion that I received was much lighter than I expected and as shown on the architectural depot website. Future medallions will be ordered unpainted.

Web site said order would ship in 3- 5 business days and I didn't receive it till almost a month later, with no confirmation of shipment, I had to call customer service to find out was going on with my order. Customer service rep never got back with me about status of order after I called, it showed up like 3 days later. Other than that pretty good experience with the ordering process and the product.

Cheaper than home depot, but rather flimsy. They were never able to give me a tracking number so we ended up coming home a day early from vacation so they would not get stolen off of our front porch. Had we had a tracking number we could have controlled the delivery from UPS. Someone in shipping should be fired for incompetence.

ArchitecturalDepot.com offers a lot of products, so I can find designs that fit my style more easily compared to many other online stores. I also like their web content with a lot of helpful resources that were concise and helpful. Their customer service was great, too. Overall I had an excellent transaction!

It's the wrong item and I'm not able to use them. The price of the item was OK, but by the time you factor in the shipping cost, it was a little pricey. I'd love for someone to contact me so they can either be exchanged or the right one's sent. Thanks

Easy to use site and found what I wanted but wish you had free shipping. My order was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. My project is already completed and it looks great -- my neighbors have asked me where I got the picture frame trim and I recommended ArchitecturalDepot to them.

Quality is good and gable sturdy. Product kind of pricey for just regular pine but will and have ordered again from this company. Shipping and delivery estimations were way off and what I ordered was at least 2 weeks past beginning estimation of delivery date.

Product was fine and I hope that the shutters prove themselves by staying in good shape over the years. Disappointed that it took a couple of extra weeks to arrive as I had to call to get them shipped after not receiving them when expected.

I wish the search was a little better for comparison - ie, able to look up all of just one specific size at the same time within the larger group. However, I used the mobile site so this may be an option on the full site.

These corbels really look like wood. Thank you. I purchased a similar item from another vendor - it looked so fake. Glad I found Architectural Depot. It did take a while to receive the product, but the quality was worth the wait.

Great website with filters that effectively allow you to narrow down the myriad of options. And when I still had questions, the C/S rep, Andrew, wS very friendly and knowledgeable. I am just a single homeowner but I felt like my small order was important to them. WISH it could be ready quicker!

Site is easy to navigate. Great selection. Fair prices. Shipping took longer than expected, but not unreasonable. Item came in a huge box stuffed with a little bit of packing paper and 36' (really) of 12" wide bubble wrap! Item was still loose in the box, but arrived undamaged. Key point - they had the item I needed in the size I needed at a reasonable price.

Only issue was I asked the Live Chat a question if the particular shutters I ordered could be painted. It was 009 Fed. Brown which was OK but just not quite dark enough to exactly match 2 existing shutters. Never got an answer after 20 min. I closed out and just went ahead and sprayed them a darker brown color. Should be OK.

I install a urethane coffer ceiling in my foyer and it turned out gorgeous. The project took some time but the end result was worth is. Urethane was easier to work with than wood. Glue and less nails. I am looking to get more for my dining room.

As I've already stated in my previous response to your inquiry, though the product was packaged extremely well, the price for shipping was excessive...The communication left much to be desired...Which leads me to wonder, why is it that I'm responding again to communication which has already taken place...

Best deal of the ones I checked. Hope they are everything I want. They were everything I wanted. One was broken and it was replaced with no problems. My son u\put them up this week and I LOVE them. I chose your company because I needed a custom size. Service and delivery was great. Product looks like it will last for many years without maintenance. You provided two different options for attachment. I chose the silver screws and appreciate the black covers to give the shutters a total nice look.
