Easy shopping. Found what I was looking for. Product was correct color and quality seems to be good. We will be installing the shutters this weekend so I will know more then. I did send a question concerning receiving credit from my purchase of shutter samples onto the order of my shutters and have not gotten any response to that question. Would like a reply.
This product was as advertised. A great look at a reasonable price. I will buy again without hesitation!
Very user-friendly site. Appreciate the online chat feature and immediate answers to my questions. Received the sample deck quickly and decided to go with the unpainted shutters. My shutters were delivered just under 2 weeks from the time I placed my order. They look great! I'm excited to get them painted and hung at our lake house.
Need to add actual part number below sample number. Also, unless i missed it, customer should be able to add entire project list instead of adding individually again or if it is available already, more apparent.
Although I have not yet installed the shutters(due to weather restrictions) they appear to be exactly what I expected. The prices were better than anywhere else I could find. I would have been happier if the order was shipped quicker than it did, however, it was in and around the holidays and there was no charge for shipping so I can't be too disappointed. Will definitely recommend to others and use again when needed.
Shopping and product were great. Shipping was terrible. It seemed like after the item was shipped, you were through with me. I emailed questions about shipping and got no answers. Very frustrating. Someone really needs to work on that part of the shopping experience.
I'm very excited to receive this product! I did wish that there was an image of the wall panels that were installed on a wall, like some of the others had. But I'm feeling confident that these will look great in my living room.

7-21-20 - Update: After waiting several weeks and 2 failed attempts to check the shipping status with no response from customer service I received the product as ordered. They were exactly what I ordered and needed and will install them this weekend. I would certainly order again from this company but the customer service is lacking a bit.

Took a lot longer to receive than stated at time of order, so I had to call a few times to check on status for order and had change my installation schedule with client :(
Had issues with website waiting for connection/searching for new information. Didn't change my mind about purchasing. Just made things a challenge. Things were back ordered and I didn't know because I had to call and find out. Money should not have been removed from my account before items were shipped. I didn't get my order for 2 weeks yet the money was withdrawn immediately after being ordered.
Our shutters are just as pictured and appear to be good quality. We bought the midnight green and it is very dark, much darker than our previous shutters and almost look black at certain times of the day. That is fine for our brick house, but something to consider if you are looking for a true green. These were easy to install and took very little time.
Was looking for unique shelf brackets. Had a difficult time choosing the wood type because I was unsure how close the online description would be to the color in person. I received one mahogany bracket and it looked different than I expected, and certainly needed to be stained. The bracket was of good quality. If I had to buy 6 (three sets of 2) for a series of shelves, it would have gotten expensive very quickly as I paid over $50 for a single bracket with expedited shipping.
The first order came incomplete and very poorly wrapped. The items were just put in a box with nothing taping them place. Because of the packing, one went missing before the package was closed. I ordered 4 and got 3. The company did send me a reorder, but a lot of time passed and the person working with them had to be rescheduled. The second shipment came wrapped properly.
No instructions came with bahama shutter telescoping arms, asked customer service, no answer. Shutters are also a different dye lot of Tuxedo Grey than the first order I placed for my front shutters, also had a different installation method this time that didn't allow for the nails to be covered by the cross boards as the front had been.
We love the way the shutters look. So much so that we ordered another set may 30. We received them June 8 I think it was, but one was damaged. We were told another set would be shipped and have heard nothing since. Not too happy with this customer service.
Satisfactory as usual
After using your automated phone service I find you very difficult to do business with! After finally finding a human voice, and being cut off, on the third attempt I was finally able to find out the status of my order. I did finally receive the completed order. All products were finally received and were completely satisfactory. I do have reservations about future orders hopefully may never have to call again!

I liked being able to see the colors on the sample ring, but didn't like having to pay for them...I hope when I place my order (which I definitely will do!) I really get the cost deducted. It would be better if I can return them for a refund too.
Chat feature is a great help when you have questions while shopping on this site. Our first order was for the sample swatches so we could be sure of our color choice. I'd recommend this if you are feeling unsure. We were then able to order our shutters, confident that the color would be exactly what we wanted. We love our new shutters. For such a small investment we just transformed the look of our house! Great price, great quality. Thanks!
My order was placed over the phone initially and an internal use adhesive was sold to me for an outdoor application but I was told it worked for either inside or outside -- then when I went to Home Depot to get another tube I saw that there was clearly one marked for outside use only and was rated for it's ability to work in extreme temperatures -- this was what should have been chosen and sent to me. I asked to be refunded weeks ago and the man who helped me has left the company and his manager reached out but it's been over a week now and still no reply to my refund request. UGH!
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Color representation online left something to be desired, as "white" turned out to be not so white. I had to return the order at my expense and reorder "bright white". Customer service throughout the process was excellent so far. I am still awaiting my refund for part of the returned product. The product itself is excellent, easy to work with and install. The actual instructions should be made available online to show the simple, screw-on installation.
