The shutters were just as described - great quality. My husband and I hung them on our brick home ourselves and we are in our late fifties. No problem at all. We bought the 50 year vinyl panel shutters, the order was perfect and came quickly too. Very happy with them.

Website easy to navigate plus lots of choices of sizes and colors. Order arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. Color was not as close of a match as I would have liked but still looks good. Would definitely recommend family & friends to your site if they are in need of shutters.

Live chat didn't work well. I waited for about ten minutes to be connected and never was. Needed to ask about wait times for product given reviews saying shipping was delayed this year. Apparently, everything is on hold. I eventually called and learned there was over an 8 week wait time for shutter orders. Given the timing, I will wait until the spring to purchase shutters.

The negative reviews made me nervous but were outnumbered by the positive. We shall see. An update; The shutters are fine, perhaps even excellent. What was annoying however, were the mounting clips ordered with the shutters. Although not required, they seemed like a good idea but were anything but! And to make matters worse, there was a shipping charge for them and the shutters shipped free!

Overall nice product at a decent price, one or two of the shutter had small defects on them but I don't think it is noticeable from the a distance. They do look very nice on the house. In fact I need 2 more

And they were! I know some neighbours are going to ask me about them! We are the first ones to install shutters in an area for 55+ with HOA...Very satisfied!

The web site is not set up correctly for ceiling medallions.it should bet done by size order! Also better description of material! Also you phone #should be on every page so if you need to call you on that page with the rep.

I'm a little nervous about getting the merchandise and not being happy with it because of the complicated return policy and the 20% charge. Hopefully everything will be great.
Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Would definitely purchase from you again.

Like the shutter, I ordered one pair to make sure this is what I want and if so I will order 6 more. I received all sears, was disappointed that a couple shutters have some discoloration and surface blemishes but I will not return them due to time constraints. Overall, I am OK with transaction.

Love looking through everything you have to offer on your website. However, I was disappointed with the "barn wood" brackets. The color pictured is not even close to what I had ordered. Shutter screws were exactly what I expected.

Had one question which Elizabeth answered. She was very pleasant and helpful. Received the order quickly and well packaged. The shutters I ordered are well made and are supplied with all fasteners to hang them on various wall materials.

Great shutters and a great price with fast shipping. They were the cheapest I could find and they seem to be as good of quality as any others I've seen. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Really good, I picked your company over another that was less expensive as you had more information on your site for helpfulness in installation and product info including videos. So we felt more secure with your site and products.

Product was of excellent quality and homeowner loved it. Was not satisfied with the fact that you only have 72 hrs to check them out for damage hard to do when your to busy to even sit down and when you do finally get around to check them you find one with a mounting screw through the side and its to late to do anything about it. Besides that they are nice and I will be ordering from you again in the near future.

Would not accept a different billing address than the shipping address. Finally had to enter them both the same and then edit in the review section. VERY frustrating! It took me over 40 minutes to complete this simple order!

Unfortunately it was very difficult to find products in size and pricing. Site would not allow adjustment of price low to high also does not categorize by specific size. Very frustrating to navigate through the site. When you are able to find what your looking for its a great value and wonderful product. Thank you
