Got a good deal

Arangrant was able to get me a superior deal than I could get going direct. Arangrant has different services - where they provide complete quoted fares on a detailed itinerary, they are a good value. It is a challenge to work with them by submitting a quote request based on an online or email advertisement.

I purchased the wrong class of ticket after several iterations of offers from an Arangrant Agent and some bait and switch. (I purchased a mix of business class and economy) When I realized I had inadvertently purchased a basic economy ticket instead of economy plus for one of the families traveling in our group, I tried to change it so that the family could get advance seat assignments. More than a dozen phone calls, multiple reps, and many emails later, I was told I could call the Arangrant customer service number 24 hours before flight and they would confirm seats for the family (traveling internationally with a baby). I just called, now 24 hours before flight, and the rep told me they do not have access and can't help me with the seat selection. I would like to know why I repeatedly was told Arangrant would help resolve the issue caused by their agent's mistake. First they said I was purchasing tickets with seat assignments available (that is what I told the agent I needed to buy), then they promised to get the seats when I had trouble doing it online for the overseas portion of the trip to Japan, then they promised to get the seats 24 hours in advance. Today, they said they can't help, At every turn, the story changed, and I never received help. It would have been better to have been told the truth. I have now called All Nippon Airways and was told I must wait a few more hours -- until 24 hours before the second leg of the trip departs.

Customer service amigo

I couldn't make my flight I paid you guys I called him and told him he said he took care of it couple months later I go to call to use it there's no record of it you said you missed your flight then they called and tried to cover it up and didn't want me to report it and tried everything in the world and then ended up screwing me over I mean what a nightmare what a $#*!ing nightmare I will never use you and I bad mouths you to anybody who will listen you're a joke completely screwed me over completely

Service Worth Considering When Scheduling Air

Found about this service while using Kayak. Since I had already made my booking before they reached out to me, they were of little help on this particular trip, but a service worth using when making future bookings. They seem dedicated to helping the customer, but are lacking in some aspects in the follow-up service. I reached out 3 times before someone helped me on my booking concerning seat assignments. The first 2 attempts I was told they would get back with me and they never did. The third time I was given a very eager CSR that helped even though it was not what I wanted but he was pleasant and tried to help.

I get a number of small flight schedule changes and I have to figure out what they are. Sometimes it's only 5 minutes difference. It's an annoyance. Didn't get the non stop flights I like. OK experience.

Flight Bookings were fine

My flights between LAX and NZ and Australia were fine. I did not want the extra leg to Vancouver which Arangrant told me was optional. I asked for it to be removed but they would not remove it or refund my purchase. I will not book in the future if an extra leg is added.

It was the first time I was booking flight tickets through Arangrant and I will use their services again.

Prices were very competitive (2k less than via BA) and my flights were impacted by the LHR shutdown in March 2025.

First, I called BA to try to find a solution (worst customer service offer) and they offered a new flight with 4 layovers…

I called Arangrant and in 10 minutes they confirmed that they can refund the whole journey. 4 days later my money was back on my bank account.
