My flight was changed and I had to cancel it. It took a while, but I just received my refund as well as a call and email asking if it had been received. So, overall, good service.

Henry booked what I believed was a business class ticket from Zurich to Atlanta, but it turned out only the first leg from Zurich to Montreal is business, the second leg from Montreal to Atlanta is Economy, not even Premium Economy, somewhat disappointing.

On November 24 I booked what I thought was a Business Class ticket through Jason V. But when I checked in, I was in Economy Class. The gate agent told me that the ticket ticket had been issued as an Economy Class ticket, upgraded to Business Class, not as a Business Class ticket, as my paperwork indicated. Lufthansa changed to a smaller plane for the flight and I was first on the list to be downgraded.
I should have been informed of my ticket status at the time of booking.
Also, when I checked in, I discovered that all my contact information was wrong, so I wasn't getting email or text updates. Jason had all my contact information and should have provided that at time of ticketing. Once I updated the info, I began to get updates.
I used Jason for the service he could provide, but was very disappointed. I have tried to contact him, but he has not responded.

I booked tickets in August, in late November when I checked with the airlines they had no record of our tickets. Arangrant did fix the problem, but if I had not checked, I would not have had confirmed seats.

After hours we spend to finalize pricing and route, they send me link to fill out passenger information, then they send back confirmation with wrong flight date. If you don't read it immediately and 24 hours pass >> you can't change your booking or get refund

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
