I found tickets on line with good flight times, and the price seemed reasonable --- but before payment there was something stating " telephone only special savings '', or words to that effect so I called. I spent way too much time speaking to someone who kept being cut off -- a lot of background noise...questions that had nothing to do with my request...and finally I said for him to just e-mail me the quote --which was MORE than the quote on line. I thanked him and bought at the original price. A waste of time on the phone!

I tried to purchase tickets for $5200 and as i was purchasing them i was notified the price switched to $6400 and i had no option to not buy them. I called arangrant and told them to cancel my purchase and i was initially told the purchase did not go through. 5 minutes later i looked at my credit card and there was a $6400 charge on my card. It took over an hour on the phone to get it reversed. I know no one there cares or is even reading this. This is the second time this has happened. I will never use this company again.

I worked with Davin and he was great. We book with a large international carrier and got great business class seats at a good price. At the same time we paid our travel agent/carrier, a booking reference code showed up and we picked seats.
The only thing I would advocate for is "buy the travel insurance". Not the high priced one but the middle value one.

As the title indicates, my agent listened to needs and concerns and managed to find at least three choices that addressed those specific concerns...and they were specific! We discussed the pros and cons of each and ultimately I can to a decision that was good for my situation. The next day my agent came back to with information that the last seat in business had been taken and could travel the next day? It was no problem for me to switch but the speed at which he worked for me was impressive. Only thing I would wish for is more time to review the travel protection plan.

Abbott by far was 100 out of 10! Yes you read that right. He went above and beyond anyone has ever for me. I gave him a challenge, as I had a ticket on hold with Delta. And despite me not giving all the details upfront, we went back and forth 3x, but eventually saving me $400. I will always ask for him again!

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
