Many thanks to 'Lucky' for his patience in working on getting us these tickets. After having contacted several on-site ticket agencies, your site was the only honest people I talked with. There are many dishonest firms out there. I was ready to give up until Lucky finally gave me what I was looking for. I wanted to go Business class but couldn't afford the price.

I do have one question which Cordelia said she would ask; I haven't heard back, perhaps she hasn't had time to ask. I made reservations through Arangrant for my daughter and granddaughter to fly from Tampa to Seattle and back, and I forgot to apply the vouchers I had received for purchasing tickets from Seattle to Osaka and back. I asked Cordelia to ask if these two $50 vouchers could be applied and I get a refund of $100. This in no way is Cordelia's fault, she has been an excellent helper.

Waited for a scheduled call and she never called. I received an email stating my refund was resolved but I was never notified of the resolution. The 888 phone number provided was not the customer support group and I was transferred 4x. I spent 30 mins on the phone trying to talk to someone familiar with my case.

My flight was cancelled by Turkish airlines after being at the airport for 9 hours. Multiple calls between the airline & this agency. When I tried to speak to both Arangrant agency & airline at the same time on 2 different phones the travel agent told me this was not allowed. I tried to explain that I keep getting the run around & I just want to speak to both to fix the problem. The travel agent hung up on me. Worst agency ever. DO NOT USE.

My credit card declined the payment assuming it was a fraud charge. Arangrant kept trying for 8 hours to charge for the tickets but cc kept declining. Finally I called cc in the morning and asked them to allow the charge and then called arangrant to retry and it went through.

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
