Not happy with the trip

My request for business class tickets to Mumbai regarding aisle seat, wheelchair support and Indian veggie meals were ignored.
On reaching Montreal, boarding pass was not issued from United, counter for Swiss airlines didn't open till 4 hrs later. Then was told by security, since I had 2 stops to India, that I must be carrying drugs. So I went thru a physical search, and my handbags were searched.
But I did get my boarding passes from Montreal to Zürich and Zürich to India.
However, once I reached Zürich, the person had the gate saw my boarding pass and it still had security marks on it so I wound up waiting again while he tried to get the Situation resolved. He eventually gave up and let me through.
What I would like is for my return trip with only one stop in Zürich to be stress-free wheelchair support, and Indian food vegetarian.

Arangrant attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I booked my flights for the first time with ARANGRANT and so far have been very impressed with the service I have received. This included a call within minutes of booking from an actual person to confirm all the information. I also received a text and email with all the details in writing along with a contact phone number in case I have any questions or concerns during my travels.

It took a lot of juggling to get an good itinerary and price.

We were booking a complicated, open-jaws itinerary. Prices posted on airline website were astronomic. The Arangrant agent was very patient in laying out different alternatives. While the results aren't perfect, the final itinerary and price were much better than we could have found on our own.
