The price was great. No issues. However, I did not attempt to change my flights in any manner. From what I've read, the complaints seem to happen if/when you need to change anything. We did not change.
The flight tickets purchased via Aran Grant were for a flight from Philadelphia to Tromso via Frankfurt and Oslo. The travel time was about 20 hrs total which was okay. Then a 3 day travel delay was added at the Oslo airport for which I got no compensation whatsoever. I had to pay for hotel and meals for 3 days in Oslo - unacceptable - will never use them again.

Initially booked with a very helpful assistant. Everything went smooth until the first flight change, then after a few days another flight change. After that, I decided to cancel my booking. Got full refund. Lost about 3% on credit card fee and international phone calls. I am not sure in the future I will still book this way, probably I would go via airline directly.

Waited for a scheduled call and she never called. I received an email stating my refund was resolved but I was never notified of the resolution. The 888 phone number provided was not the customer support group and I was transferred 4x. I spent 30 mins on the phone trying to talk to someone familiar with my case.

I get a number of small flight schedule changes and I have to figure out what they are. Sometimes it's only 5 minutes difference. It's an annoyance. Didn't get the non stop flights I like. OK experience.

Sent an email about what we needed and someone called right away. Found the flights we needed and prices seemed reasonable. Will use again.
My flights between LAX and NZ and Australia were fine. I did not want the extra leg to Vancouver which Arangrant told me was optional. I asked for it to be removed but they would not remove it or refund my purchase. I will not book in the future if an extra leg is added.

After booking my flight, I received an email offering me a $50 voucher off a hotel reservation. Of course that reservation had to be made through one of your agents. Upon attempting to redeem that voucher, I was quoted a price $100 more than I was able to book that same room myself. Trying to take advantage of suckers.

Excellent service marred by over-promise and under-delivery. AG does have the influence you would expect with an airline to escalate issues, get seat assignments, add KTN/passport etc. Afraid to have to go through this inefficent intermediary if an emergency arose, we abandoned..

My last segment on arrival was separate from whole trip. This was economy and I had to collect my baggage at Chicago and go to ticket counter again to get my tickets and drop my baggage. I was not clarified this during the booking.

I recently made a flight booking w with AranGrant that cost $3.5k. The booking process (via phone) was stress free and personal; the travel advisor I spoke to was helpful, carefully explaining my various options, and called me back (!) when the ticket had been confirmed. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the flight, as my plans changed. Although I was told it might take 2 - 4 weeks for the refund to show up on my credit card, in fact it was made the following day. Based on this impressive service, I will definitely try AranGrant another time when my travel plans allow

It is a good system to find what I need and purchase the tickets. After searching several booking websites, Aran Grant had the best airfares/schedules we were looking for. We could not be more pleased with Arangrant. The business class fares for the flights Arangrant has booked for us have been substantially lower than those we found on Google Flights, Expedia and other online apps. When airlines change schedulers, Arangrant always notifies us well before the airline does and on at least one occasion has offered the opportunity to cancel for a full refund, even though the schedule change was not dramatic. We now work exclusively with Patricia U and she always accommodates our requests for particular scheduling.

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
