Purchased a round-trip business class ticket from Florida to London. Initial purchase was fine. But after a few days sightseeing in London, I ended up being taken by rescue to St. Thomas Hospital where I stayed for 12 days. When I realized I was not going to be able to make my scheduled return flight I called and was told they could reschedule it, but they had to reschedule it then. I couldn't call back later. I needed to reschedule for a date at that time. So I did, for several days later at a cost of an additional $1875! Over half of my original round-trip ticket cost. I was apparently sicker than I realized and the hospital would not let me leave then so I had no choice but to reschedule one more time, which I did at an additional cost of 600+ dollars. I feel like I was way overcharged and given no consideration for something that was completely out of my control. I won't be using Arangrant or kayak again… I'll go back to booking directly with the airlines.
I had a great trip. The ANA flight from Seattle to Haneda was only outdone by the flight from
Narita to San Francisco. ANA is the way to go, I'm glad I spent a little extra because I got a lot more.

They sold me terrible sits for highest price, didn't care to help me with upgrade, cut it short when it came to service
Edmund our agent did not pay attention to our need and booked ticket which is going to be extremely inconvenient and stressful. I had told him that my husband had a stroke and his right side is paralyzed. Still he went ahead and booked two separate tickets. BOM to ORD and ORD to CMH. We will have to now collect luggage at ORD and go through security again and recheck the luggage. If he had booked one ticket BOM to CMH then we could have checked our luggage right after custom and would have gone to the gate without dragging luggage to airline counter and without going through security again. Also he didn't let us know that from BOM to Doha it's economy class and we don't get access to lounge. He just pushed us buying the ticket
First use of Arangrant. Seems like a premium service. The associate asked if I wanted options that only earned mileage under my Mileage Plus program. Of course I said I did. Shortly after that I received a list of options meeting my itinerary and (I thought) my mileage credit requirement. Turns out, the itinerary I chose did not award miles under my Mileage Plus program. Almost 30 hours of flight time and no mileage credit! Thanks Arangrant!
After reservations were made, we tried to change the return date. We checked with the airlines; were told that ticket price for the new available date was same as for the reserved date (their lowest rate for that class). But Aran Grant was asking about $3000 additional to make return date change. Airlines would not make the change directly because it was booked thru Aran Grant. I wish I had bought the ticket directly from Airlines even though it would have cost $1000 more. We had also paid extra for the cancellation option. Seems lack of customer care after reservations are made.
I used Arangrant on a whim once to see if they could get cheaper prices than I could (they did), and since that time, I've kept coming back. Even with complicated and changing itineraries, my rep was always patient, kind, understanding, and efficient. I'm a tough sell, and they have totally won me over.
It took many emails in order to get my reseveration. I still am not able to put in my passport and global entry.
Best price for travel in business class with exceptional customer service. Received updates on schedule changes and timely communication. Highly recommended.
I haven't used a travel agent in years, especially with all the travel apps available nowadays. But speaking with a real person at Arangrant was such a refreshing experience. She offered helpful advice on selecting the best flights and gave me personalized service that helped me save money and get the best value for my trip. However, trip was canceled by me because of Indo Pak war and delayed flight. Getting the refund was not easy. You guys need to fix that.

At first everything seemed great we had a lovely experience with our agent we asked all the right questions and trusted that we, a family of four traveling with our elderly parents, would be sure to sit together on our flights, this was not the case when it came to check in. We did not receive an email with an option to sit together and we had to beg for assistance to have two seats together and then ask fellow travelers to switch seats with us. Fortunately that worked, but I should have trusted my instincts and paid for the seats in advance instead of listening to the agent and trusting her. Very disappointed will go straight to the airline next time instead of using an agent there was no helpful reason for going through them. What a way to start a trip!

Got a very good rate for business class round trip tickets from Atlanta to Frankurt, Germany on Lufthansa, with economy service to and from Milan. The schedule and flights worked right on time without any issues. Our only issues were with getting on and off the planes in Frankurt and Milan. We were bussed to and from the tarmac and up and down steps with carry on bags. If I had know that this was the service, I would have booked a different flight option. It was difficult for two 70+ year olds going up and down stairs with carry-ons.

Very disappointed when I let you know that the price had dropped significantly and you said that the price I paid was not changeable. I would have said $3500. Since this was my first purchase I don't know if I feel assured that I'm getting the best price and hesitate to use you again

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
