Placed an order for $5K worth of appliances & received an acceptable shipment estimate of 20 days. Its the holidays and understand that all retailers are busy.

After 25 days informed that my appliances still not expected to be available for another 15 days. After delivery time the entire wait would be 60 days.

I canceled the order & decided to purchase locally & just pay the taxes.

Unreliable

Aside from the beautiful hutch/buffet I purchased from AppliancesConnection and the pleasant interaction with the salesman who assisted me, the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the furniture never shipped when it was supposed to but instead of admitting this to me 3 weeks after I followed up, they pretended it was enroute and couldn't be tracked yet. On the back end, they agreed to refund me $100 for the poor experience in 5 to 7 business days. This also never happened and insisted it would take another 5 to 7 business days when I followed up. Needless to say, I am not holding my breath nor do I intend to do business with them again.

IF you're lucky enough to buy an item from this company and NEVER have an issue with your order, product or are NOT in any hurry to get it you may escape the unfortunate experience I had with them. I had 4 orders with them. The first was passable, but the product shipped was used and obviously returned by another customer. The second was extremely slow in getting here and they bill you long before you'll ever see your product. The third order was placed in early November and 4 weeks later delivery was attempted by their shipper A%M Trucking even after they were told I would not be home. 10 days later I contacted them about redelivering it on their Thurs./Friday or Friday/Saturday runs in my area. I told them I had a doctors appt. On Thursday so it would have to be Friday or Saturday. They set the delivery for Thursday and when I tried to correct this I was told they could not rearrange 38 deliveries for one customer. I made arrangements for a friend to come and sign for it. They were supposed to notify me when they got close but didn't. Needless to say, no one there and they left with my order. I told the trucking company to return it to the seller along with the 4th order that was in the black hole from seller to shipper. Appliance connection refunded $757 out of the $1225 I payed (with interest) and couldn't care less about their shipping issues. Always the customers fault. STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible experience. Horrible Customer service.
I ordered my fridge on December 8th with delivery between Dec 14 and Dec 18.
I still do not have my appliance and have received no information about delivery.
They did however, manage to charge my credit card immediately.
I will never order from this company again.

Fraudulent
December 21, 2018

I cancelled an order the same day I made it. They charged anyway. Refused to refund my money even though I don't have the product and confirmed that it was returned to them (after they told me the order was cancelled and they attempted to send it anyway). One full month later and no refund. Stay away

Fake reviews bad service

Nowadays with so many different retailers online to provide such a terrible customer service and delivering an order for weeks and weeks and not being able to provide a good customer service is just doesn't make sense. Never using this company again.

Bad experience
December 18, 2018

I bought a refrigerator had it delivered they let a 17 year old sign off didn't ask anyone to look at refrigerator it had scratches and dents on it. Just as soon as I looked at refrigerator I called them and they tried to act like I scratched it. You can bet I will never do business with them again. I suggest that you deal with local people

Do not use this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst communication ever... ordered a refrigerator nov. 9th was informed it would ship in 10-14 business days, after 30 days I contacted appliancesconnection.com and they informed me they would not receive the refrigerator until dec. 19th and I would receive it in early January 2019! Their solution was to offer me lesser model refrigerators... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I are retiring and having a house built in SC. I ordered all my appliances from them. So far the refrigerator arrived damaged and had to be repaired SEVERAL TIMES. The drawers and handles were replace and the defrosting system replaced AND STILL THE HANDLES KEEP FALLING OFF THE REFRIGERATOR. They are coming again this friday to repair AGAIN
12/7/18. To boot the microwave just died out and is not heating anything. These are all LG products. DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. Between my builder and his workers and myself we have at least 5 or more service calls. Unfortunately, this may end up in court. I'm looking into the "Lemon Law" and will press charges. I had asked them to at least increase my warranty and they won't even do that. IF I CAN GIVE THEM MINUS STARS, I WOULD. Both Appliances Connection and LG. I have two BBB complaints one for the refrigerator and one for the microwave. You can read about them yourselves. #******* for the refrigerator and #******* for the microwave. Now they are saying they will not refund for the trim kit for the microwave even though it's mandatory to buy when putting the microwave in a wall. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - APPLIANCES CONNECTION (Victor Ext. 2034) AND LG.

Terrible terrible company. Shipment came 6 weeks late, leaving me in an apartment without chairs for 6 weeks. DId not update me on shipping when asked. Damaged chair came in, I called to return and they blamed me and said they are not doing anything. Rude and unprofessional, would rather pay double the price elsewhere to never deal with these people again.

Worst customer service
November 7, 2018

Manager * is rude and incompetent. My order was delayed for over 2 months and I was lied to over and over again about when they will ship my items. They listed a discontinued item on their website and then tell me they did not have the updated item in stock when their website says 7-10 days shipping as the item status. Not only did they not contact me each time it is delayed, they tried to make more money off of me by asking me to pay extra to have the items shipped separately. Requested a call from a manager 5 time to discuss and did not hear back even once from them. Will never do business with these unprofessional people again.

Ordered a suite of Maytag appliances through them and got the best price of anywhere I could find. I have messaged them regarding a few things and gotten timely responses. Shipping is taking a little while, but it took Lowes a similar time frame last time I ordered something through them. Overall Satisfied.

Once they have your money, forget getting any help (though the customer service women who answer the phone do try to help. It's the people beyond them that don't). I ordered furniture on 8/2/18; finally got it 9/13/18 damaged. The couch is still sitting in my garage and we've asked them to have it picked up several times. Replacement order for damaged furniture not placed until 10/2/18 and that was because I was calling every day trying to get answers. They will not return promised phone calls. I was also promised stain to match the furniture so I could touch up the nicks on the furniture I said I would keep if I got the stain. They sent markers from Amazon after weeks of asking for the stain. I literally have hours and hours into trying to get furniture I have already paid for. Now tell me replacement couch is still a month or more out as it has to come from overseas. Beware - Ashley Furniture manufactures in China. Something else I have since learned. Update: Lied to me about couch being ordered. What they knew, that I didn't, is that this furniture is discontinued. They waited so they wouldn't have to deal with the damaged couch because now there are no more couches. Don't believe you'll get help from anyone who responds to your complaint. You won't.

They are liers who are deceiving customers. I bought a refrigerator and the door was broken when it was delivered. The customer service agreed that I would place a new order to replace the damaged one, and then they would pick up the initial refrigerator when they deliver the new one without any charge. So, I bought a new refrigerator and gave them the new order number. But in the end they Charged me more than $600 pick-up fee and said that I can not exchange to a different model of refrigerator. If the original refrigerator didn't have a damaged door, why would l have to exchange it? They never told me that I couldn't exchange with the different model in the email from the beginning to the end. I'm really angry, they're very untrustworthy.

I ordered an urgently needed product over a week ago from this company. I chose this company because their website showed units on hand available for "quick ship" and promised it would ship within 1-2 days.

Several days later, I received an email that said the estimated ship date was 7-14 days from that email. I called to find out why they promised 2 day shipment, and then switched it two 1-2 weeks. They had no acceptable reason, only said that was the best they could do.

A few days later, they canceled the order all together stating that the item ordered was no longer available and tried to sell me an older model of the same product. They even claimed that the older product was of better quality and higher reviews, which was contrary to the independent studies I had read before specifically seeking out this unit.

I will never do business with these people again.

AVOID this seller. Their delivery process is slow. They LIE in their ads. They advertise one year interest free payments but DO NOT HONOR. You will get a bill with high interest from their bank. Calling their "Customer NO-SERVICE" department and calling the bank's 800 number result in failure to honor their advertisements. They just state that you owe the money (full amount). The bank OK'd me on original order cause I had 800 FICO score.
They have a "0" score for honesty in advertising and truthful retailer

Would not recommend this company. Told me two week delivery on Refrigerator did not show up. Went on website and found out they have not received it. Then found out they will not have refrigerator for another month. Cancelled order after this. They are not forth coming with this information. First time I have ever done a review but when you get bad service guess it motivates to worn others.

All I wanted was a price quote. All I got was an open order which I cannot delete. I did not order this product. They ask for all your information to get the quote, then make you sign up on website to show you have an open order. I would never do business with a company that has this shady of a sales tactic. Too bad, I had 15k worth of high end appliances to buy!

I made two purchases from Appliance Connection. The first one went fairly smooth - they just missed their delivery estimate by two months. It was the second experience
That was more troubling. I purchased an entire Ashley living room set, and it was supposed to be delivered on a particular day, and of course it wasn't. Normally that wouldn't be a huge deal, but this was for a vacation rental home, and I had guests arriving the next week. They then missed another date, and finally they assured me it would be there the day before the guest's arrived. The delivery driver called though and said that "he was the only one on the truck" and he couldn't unload the large couch by himself. Crazy... I recently had surgery, so I couldn't help, so I hired a local handyman to meet the driver at the home. He arrived 2 hours later, and when they unloaded everything there was a rip in the couch, and another one on the love seat. I had guests arriving the next day, so I had no choice but to keep the pieces with the rips, and the driver said he would tell Appliances Connection and they would call me. After two weeks I never heard from them - so I called them directly - and they said the driver never contacted them. They asked me to send them photos - which I did - and I never heard from them again. I sent them a total of 6 e-mails and placed 2 phone calls before giving up. Their prices were great, but I guess you get what you pay for. I've been stuck with a ripped couch that was supposed to be brand new.
