Salad not worth 15.00.

I purchased the new Mexican casadilla salad which I was told was HUGE enough to share with my son! Not hardly. It looks nothing like the picture on the menu and definitely NOT worth 15.00. The chicken on it was tasty but the casadillas were pretty lame. Again Nothing like the picture. Pretty disappointing.

We ordered dinner to go on Thursday night before 6. It said it would be ready for curbside pickup at 6:16. It was finally ready a little after 7. Then we get home and realized the mozzarella sticks appetizer we ordered wasn't there. The food wasn't bad except for soggy fries and my sons steak being tough but definitely not worth the $91 plus tip we paid. Just disappointing.

Server inadequate.

Server rarely came ti table to check on us. Never offered a refill of water for us, but refilled drinks and coffee for two other tables she was serving. One couple she had a personal relationship with and visited them while I set waiting for her to come back to our table so I could ask for a fresh salad as the Ceasar salad I had had bad lettuce and when I asked for a fresh salad she challenged me asked if my husband's salad was bad as well. I reminded her he had ordered the garden salad. She never brought the salad and when I had wsuted at least 20 minutes to ask her about the replacement salad she Saud she had just removed it from our bill. There was a young lady named Margie that was on the floor
I don't know if she was the chef or the manager. She assisted our table several times when the server just ignored that we were there. When I conversed my feelings to the server she just screamed she was doing the best she could. If she had divided her time evenly between the tables she was serving things may have gone better. We aways tip generously when we go out to eat. I was very upset when my husband gave her a 20% tip. I would have given her 5.00 as a courtesy. Margie is the one who deserved the tips because she is the only one who gave us service. I dropped my fork, she brought me another. The mashed potatoes were dry, she brought me butter. She eventually brought me a fresh salad, which I took home. She brought us to ho boxes for our leftovers and she helped my husband use the machine to pay for our meal. He was celebrating his 81sr birthday today. The server should have done those things. Margie has the making of a good manager. She definitely is a customer friendly minded employee a real value to your organization. If I ever venture to your Applebee's location I'd immediately leave if the server we had this afternoon was the only server available. The food was delicious though.

Selection & Prices

For over two weeks my local applebee's has not had Onion rings. They did not have baked potatoes. Did not have following dressings: creamy French, Catalina, 1000 Island. Costs are quite high! Sad way to run a business. Server was great.

Recently visited (1-4-24) Applebee's on Memorial Drive. The service my family received was absolutely horrible. The waitress had an attitude. I had to ask for a refill for my daughter. My food came out cold and they brought the same cold food twice. My friend chicken was raw. Nothing was in stock. My son Pasta was watery. This establishment is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend that anyone go to this establishment. Writing corporate does not help either unless you write a review. This particular location need to be closed down immediately. Management also sucks! I definitely would not recommend visiting this location.

Slow

Waited 50 minutes for sandwiches when they weren't busy, another 15 minutes to get change because waitress had to get manager for large bills, finally just gave her a credit card so we didn't have to wait on manager.

Applebees in Los Lunas has horrific service Rude staff and not enough service. Went there few times never again. And I called Corporate to complain they didn't get back to me in 2 weeks had to call again. All they say is we're looking further into this. Check out there reviews before you go there.

Our visit

Our server Julie was fine. The food a whole other story. My husband and I ordered the two for $25. I had the chicken my husband the steak. He asked for it to ne medium, it was well done, my chicken had not flavor at all. We will not be back And the music was way to loud.

Quality of food

Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but the place wasn't crowded.Then waited 30 minutes for cold food and my granddaughter waited 50 minutes for macaroni and mozzarella stick.it was my mom's birthday bad experience and I will never go back. A co-worker had a bad experience also a different location...this needs the attention of Corporate Immediately

It wouldn't let me Rate ZERO or I would have. We spent $135.00 and couldn't even get a drink half of our whole meal. They say every single table around us and wouldn't even come to check on us. They left us sitting there with the check so long we should have walked out without paying but we're honest people and wanted to do the right thing but it was ridiculous tonight and if all the poor service wasn't bad enough...the food sucked. The steaks were way over cooked and the Alfredo was dry with no sauce and I can keep going on all the food we ordered and I've never seen all my boys take it home for the dog without wanting to finish it themselves. Pretty dang bad. Should not have paid. Forewarning you all. And kudos to all the ones whom walked out tonight too. Your lucky.

Job Opening for Carside
October 11, 2023

A job opening came up on Indeed for Car Side making $18.00 - $22.00 an hour. I went to my interview which I was 15 mins early. I got seated by the Hostess. One gal that works their came out of the back, looked at me, went back behind the wall and said, "Car Side!" and started laughing really loud. Here came the hiring manager. Introduced herself. Really nice till she started asking me questions. The one question was, "What are you looking for in wages?". Stopped and looked at her and said, "Indeed said $18.00 - $22.00 an hour!". She told me, "Not to go off Indeed because they blow things up!". She said, My employees make $10.10 an hour plus tips which is minimum wage!". She asked me,
" Did you want to go any further?". I told her, "No, that won't pay the bills!" Interesting point, Applebee's put that out their on Indeed. I have proof! Don't go to Auburn Hills Applebee's for job. What a slap in the face on wages...

Ordered online, nachos with no cheese was to pickup at 4:20. I arrived early at 4:10.40,imbues later I final get my food and leave. I got home and discovered all I got was chips and meat. Nothing else. I tired call the restaurant and left 2 messages, never heard back. Finally after 10 days I called corporate and filed a complaint. I received a text message from the manager and we discussed the situation. It was agreed upon I would receive a refund for my meal. She informed me I would have the money deposited back to my bank. A week went by and nothing happened. Again I got a hold of the manager and it is almost another week later and still haven't heard back from corporate on my refund. I am still waiting.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was not busy. Very rude waiter. Asked about the half priced appetizers. He said N O NO NO! Food was not great either. Will not return. Aso the restaurant had no heat on. Very uncomfortabl!

I could write three paragraphs of how bad this trip to the North Platte Applebee's. It was not our first strike there either. From forgetful wait staff to incorrect drinks from the bar to no silverware or napkins to poor quality food this was a bad trip. We were out celebrating our twins 21st birthday so we were being pretty cheerful. Food quality has gone way, down prices have gone way up! We received our plates in staggered delivery, except my son never did get his salmon until we found someone and ask them for it! Final straw was the rare steak my daughter ordered to be medium. Ordered a new steak and believe it or not that steak came out 3/4 rare! Waitress was plenty of apologetic but that was just beyond! Do not, I repeat DO NOT waste your time or money there. And by the way our family all working food service so we were absolutely generous in this review.

I understand short wait staff, we were seated at the bar. The bartenders affect was at a all time low, and to wait 25 minutes for your food without a comforting word said about its delay. The workers we did see had no pride in their dress code. The tip seems to be the discussion of the day, but if there's no effort made why come out of pocket? This place use to be the spot when it first opened, and emphasis on first opened….,

Oriental chicken salad

Once again I thought I'd give you guys another chance and we'll to my surprise it's just as bad as the last 3 times. So this will be the last for me. "All Carrots and your Oriental straws and NO Freaking Lettuce again" as far as sending a picture WHY? It certainly doesn't do any good.
I can understand why you are closing down around this country. It's a Shame

Poor Service

Went to Apple Bees in Hickory NC and the service was not good at all. The waitress took our drink orders and said she would be back to take our food order. Waited 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged my friend and I …. Not again will I eat at this location. There was plenty of dirty tables as well.

We ate at the Applebee's in Jenkintown, Pa and 2 of us ordered the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. It was so dry that I almost choked on the noodle. I asked the waitress if it is usually this dry and she said no and she would get more sauce. We waited about 20 minutes for two little cups of sauce so by that time the food was cold. Then they charged $1 per cup for the sauce. Do yourself a favor and don't order this dish.
