Slow service
January 29, 2023

I called in my order at 920 I was told that it would be ready in 20 min. I waited 30 min order still was not ready. I was told that they bumped the order and forget to cook my riblets. A little after 10 I finally got my order. They forgot my loaded potatoes and had to run them out to me. When I got home the riblets were cold. Which let me know that they lied about them having to cook them. That was supposed to be the delay. Someone from corporate need to get to this store quick. I am also a manager and would not allow my employees to conduct these kind of business practices

My husband and my self went to the Applebee's on 30 in Fort Worth the Manager Kimberly help us made us feel like family she made sure that we were taken care of. Great job Kimberly keep ip the great work

I have not been to Applebees in years but this was the worse time I have had there. We sat down and the girl at the front door was mean to all of my family. We had to wait 30min to just have them take our drink order. Then another 1 hour went bye, and they finally ask for our food orders. We had to wait another hour and then got our foods. And before I told them I had allergies, but still they put sauce on my salad which I ask not to put on my salad. Then they game back out with another. But it had chicken with more sauce. So we complained again to get another. The next one has croutons on it. Then when we sat back down we saw everyone complaining about the food,the workers,time etc…. Your are better of just going to Wendy's people.

Going downhill FAST
December 29, 2015

Apple bees used to be a great place, they had good service and quality food. Case in point - the bourbon street steak. It USED to be decent size and it was a ribeye cut. Then, they increased the price -- ok, I still ordered it because it was GOOD. Then, they changed the cut to sirloin instead of ribeye. BIG MISTAKE. Then, they made it smaller and increased the price again? Really? NEVER ordering the bourbon street steak again because now it is $#*!. I would pay $23 for the original ribeye bourbon street if you offered it again.

Now, lets talk about service. Every single time I go, they mess up my order. The last time I went with my husband and son, they never even brought me my food. The waitress stood there and said "how is everything" while I had NOTHING in front me! They are idiots.

I predict they will be a dying chain - sell your stock now folks.

I used to love these chicken tenders. First, the breading was changed to a flat coating. There was NO crunch. Think of fish breading. And, the chicken was thoroughly. I had to throw it away. I'm pretty sure we're frozen when dropped in the grease. The grease needs to be changed.

Won't be going to the Ankeny Applebee's ever again. They are shooting themselves in their wallets!

My boyfriend and I went to the Taylor, Mi Location and had Taylor for our waitress! She made the experience the best experience Ive ever had at Applebee's! We definitely plan to go back while Taylor is working!

Ok ordered all you can eat chicken right, ok well on third time, couldn't eat them all so asked for doggie bag. They said you can't take all you can eat home, so all that chicken was thrown away instead of letting me take my left overs home. What a waste! Does not make since to me. Instead of letting me take like 6 pieces of chicken home to eat later, they rather just throw in garbage!

Applebees is my Fiance's favorite restaurant. Her Son and Wife took us to a Birthday dinner for my fiance's birthday. We went to the one located at 476 Western Blvd, Jacksonville, NC *******. The waiter, MICHAEL is the best! He has a outgoing, lively, positive down to earth personality that keeps going! At the end of our dinner, CHARLES, the manager came out and talked to us as well! Very nice, clean, and polite restaurant! I would recommend this establishment to EVERYONE! I plan on going back in July to celebrate MY Birthday! Michael said he would love to have us!

Do not go!
October 7, 2020

Recently, I went to dinner with a friend and the restaurant was so dirty. The floors were so dirty and the restaurant upon walking in smelled of mold. It is the worst place I have been, it was so bad that we sat down talked about how dirty it was and LEFT. If the restaurant is so dirty, I bet the kitchen is terrible. The location is Pineville, North Carolina.

Applebees wont allow myself to access their website due to my VPN, Wonder how many people have lost their credit/debit card numbers from their local Applebees? Unfortunately for them there are 100 resteraunts in my neighbord so Applebees can kiss my a$$. Will never see another dollar from me

Terrible

Got food from Applebee's in Bristol Tennesse tonight. It was horrible normally Applebee's is delicious but tonight it was TERRIBLE... My cheese burger was red not pink red inside and the whole bun was nothing but engulfed in grease. The oriental salad was all lettuce and really nothing else. The bill came to 40 some dollars and not even $10 of it we could eat... Very disappointed APPLEBEE'S

Gossip

We're regular customers at Applebee's in Farmington, N.M. Lately we haven't been going there bc of the bartender's gossips about us to other customers. We miss going to Applebee's but this bartender has been gossiping about us to other customers on company time. That gossip spread to Buffalo Wild Wings and Sunray casino. This bartender isn't professional. I reported her to management but she (manager) told me quit harassing my employee. I never directly went to the employee. I thought I went by the chain of command. You do not gossip about your customers especially when your on company ( Applebee's) time. I would think they would talk to her about her actions. I believe we owe an apology from management. This bartender need to learn how to be professional not gossi about her customers. We as customers the paying her wages. We love go to Applebee's to relax and enjoy our beer and evening. Thank you for understanding.

So my coworker told me that she signed up for the Applebee's rewards and was supposed to get an email for a free appetizer on her next order. She never got the email. She called the location where she had scanned the QR code. They told her to sign up again. I also signed up as an experiment to see if I got the email with the coupon and I was going to forward it to her. I don't eat your restaurants anymore, too salty. Well I took never got the email. I never even got a welcome to the program email, nor do I get any emails from you. It doesn't matter to me as this was an experiment, but to those you like your restaurants and want rewards this sucks. Fix your program or don't offer it.

Plastic in my drink TWICE in the SAME visit

I got the shark bowl, noticed that I was drinking plastic pieces. I told that hostess and she was rude as hell, and gave me a bad attitude. Got my drinks back that we were remade just to get PLASTIC AGAIN in my drink but worse.

Was tripled charged for a meal in West Virginia on Sept 18 and have been sent from the restaurant to Appleby's guest relations to the restaurant to franchise owner to guest relations to franchise owner again to guest relations to senior guest relations specialist (who couldn't assist? Alfredo is useless) to guest relations who gave me an email address for the company Appleby's is blaming (my charges, all posted at separate times, are from Appleby's). Surprise! The email address bounces back. Called back to Jake from guest relations, to whom I reluctantly gave my email address to get the form to spend even more time to get the refund. Surprise again! I have received no email from Jake/Appleby's/Freedom Pay. Appleby's doesn't need/want business and the complacency of their employees shows that they couldn't care less about customers. If you aren't interested in spending copious hours dealing with really ridiculous garbage, there are plenty of less frustrating options out there.

My husband and I went to have a good supper. First the place was filthy(which we should have left then) but we ordered our appetizer and waited for 45 minutes never got our appetizer then they brought our food and I asked about the appetizer to a waitress that wasn't even ours and she said she would check into it. Our so called WAITRESS lied to the manager and said we changed our mind! NO WE DID NOT! Then she gave us the wrong ticket took it back brought it to the right table then swore she brought us our right ticket. This is the FIRST time I never left a tip! I will never go there again! I would advise no one go there if you want proper service and a waitress that won't lie so she won't get in trouble. This is July 18,2022@ 8:45pm. I am pissed how could a restaurant run like this!

Great server tonight

Our family of 4 tonight, greatgrand ma, from Atlanta, grandma, from frisco, son from Detroit, and his daughter, had a very relaxing evening together tonight at applebees in frisco. Our meals and drinks were fine and the young african american male who was our primary server, and all the staff who served us, were extraordinarily kind and went out of way to ensure we received good service, although the restaruant was short on staff tonight. God willing, we will go back there soon. Very relaxing friendly atmosphere. Sorry I forgot individual's names. But i definetly reccommend this place for great family environment, with multiple t v screens with various sporting entertainments..
