Benn running on Acer for years, but once I tried Mac pro, everything has changed and I can't see myself running on Windows again.
I bought the product on 5 th august its started with the defect software defects after a few days after one moth the screen broke i dont know how but it did. So i assumed that it was my fault so i paid also 55 thousand on top of it to replace it after it came after repairing sensors stoped working. I took it to the same service center again and they told me thell repair it till next day the next day they told me tht the speakers were defective theyll have to replace them and itll take one week for that so after one week they are telling me the whole logic board was replaced and the problem is still not solved. I called the apple support and told them my problem they told me that yes they agree with me and they agreed that the product that they give me was defective and the product was new and THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE A NEW DEFECTIVE PIECE and the laptop is still with the service center one week they kept it with them to replace a the screen and now again its with them from 1 and a half week they started replacing one part after another now they have started replacing parts they have already replaced.
APPLE SERVICE AND THEIR SERVICE HAVE LITERALLY GONE TO $#*!. I am saying this after i bought there flagship product if they dont repair it till the end of this weekend the only option left is to move to consumer court.
My Ipad and Iphone was frozen and i tried to fix it many ways (Including turning it off). I also hated the payments and my apple id; PAYING FOR THE APPS ALMOST GOT MY CREDIT CARD EMPTY (OF MONEY)! Then i realised apple was bullying my entertainment by not letting me download apps, forgetting accounts and worst of all, MY PHONE (and ipad technically) WAS GLIITCHY FROZEN AND BROKE BY ITS SELF HOW DARE YOU BRING ME SUCH A BAD DEVICE I'D BUY SAMSUNG GALAXY (one of the generation i like the best) THEY WOULD GIVE A GOOD NO GREAT! EXAMPLE. AND EVEN IF ITS AN ANDROID INSTALLING APPS FROM GOOGLE PLAY IS DEFINATLY FREE! OH DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT ITS CUSTOMOR SUPPORT ISNT HELPING ME I THINK YOUR WET PHONES HAVE A MENTAL PROBLEM OR ITS MY IMAGINATION THAT PHONE HAS A BRAIN WHICH ITS IS TOO AFRAID TOO TALK! ITS LIKE IT HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN (NOW THATS SOME NEXT LEVEL DISSAPONTMENT)! Not good enough apple, not good enough. (i know your better than this) (oh and one more thing did you know i worked so hard to make this overatted review) (goodbye apple never use u again) 1 star (oh when i mean 1 star i mean 0 STARS! This review is meant to show people why they shouldn't buy apple products and why apple is a terrible company in terms of customer service and their devices. If I was able to give a 0 star rating I would happily do that!
On September 23,2016, my iPhone 7 plus was purchased with apple care for $1500 from the apple store. No service claims were made during the 2 year apple care period as the phone was taken very good care of. The microphone on the phone has started to show intermittent problems since two weeks. The issue went away for a day or so after I hard reset the phone. This exact same issue and behavior turned out to be a common issue with this phone that has been experienced by many customers including the 223 who logged their complaints on the Apple discussions forum on the web link https://discussions.apple.com/thread/*******

Clearly, this is a design problem that Apple knows about but denies it to avoid paying for all the unhappy customers.
I have booked an appointment with the Apple Genius Bar at the Bayshore mall in the city of Ottawa. The front line worker and his manager (Eric Vinkle) both confirmed that this issue cannot be repaired and the entire phone has to be replaced for $449. I explained to them that this is a common issue with this model and that Apple has to fix it at their expense since my phone is in pristine condition and no visible or water damage could be detected. They looked up the phone and confirmed that it has not be brought in for service since it was purchased.
The fact that they would not replace the defected components of the phone confirms that this is a bigger problem that Apple knows about but does not want to admit and bite the bullet.
Apple put something in the new ios that causes issues in older iPhone's to force customers to ditch their expensive phones and buy new ones.
I made a complaint on the Better Business Bureau against Apple, they refused to repair it as the apple care is expired. After responding to Apple, they wrongfully closed the case.
If you want to save your money and don't want a headache, please don't buy an iPhone

I bought the iPhone 7 plus because I have always been an Apple fan and I was excited about the nice camera on the phone. I have had this phone for two years now and recently the phone began to have major issues. I am unable to make or receive phone calls as the sound does not work... being unable to make phone calls can be extremely dangerous and phone calls should be the ONE THING a phone can do. The headphone jack is also not working so I have to use bluetooth headphones. Also, the camera refuses to actually capture photos half the time (on the camera app as well as on apps like snapchat, instagram, etc.). SO, the phone cannot do its basic duty (making phone calls) and the main feature I was excited about (camera) is buggy and only works half the time. I have only owned this phone for two years, it should not already have a myriad of issues like this.
Since the phone had been having issues I decided to schedule a Genius bar appointment and drive two hours to the nearest Apple store. Before even beginning to run diagnostics on my phone the employee explained that the sound issue sounds like a known issue happening with iPhone 7's with the sound card. He then ran diagnostics and found that this was the issue. He explained that these issue were not my fault and I had done nothing wrong but that the new ios they had pushed through had "brought forth issues" in many iPhone 7's basically rendering them unfixable and useless. I asked him about the other issues my phone was having (camera issue mainly) and he said that at this point those issues are a moot point since the phone is unable to function as a phone due to the sound card issues. He then proceeds to tell me that since I was no longer under warranty he would not be able to replace my phone unless I paid them $340! So basically, Apple pushed through an ios update that broke my phone and then expected me to pay them money to fix their mistake.
I tried to reach out to Apple to just find out WHY they would not offer to fix their mistake without requiring a huge payment and the representative didn't respond to my chat she just disconnected. I have also submitted a feedback review to them about this and fully don't expect a response. I am disappointed in Apple and what they have become. Apple no longer represents innovation and quality. They're products climb in price but drop in reliability.
I loved Apple. After this experience I wont buy Apple products ever again.
One day I woke up to an email notification that my Apple ID password had been changed, several purchases had been made, and several apps had been downloaded including one called "password manager". I changed my password and turned on two factor authorization and then called Apple customer service. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was finally connected to someone who verified my identity and then advised me to reset my password. I replied that I had already and asked for information on how my account had been hacked and what the "password manager" app could be used for. The reply was basically, "sorry but I can't help you, figure it out yourself." Apple reps are trained to politely say $#*! you without actually helping you at all. When I asked why no one could answer my questions, the response was that it's against their privacy policy, to give me any information about my own compromised account. And they really could have helped me figure out what that app was capable of if they cared at all or were a little less lazy. Then I asked for a refund on the purchases that were made and they replied that they could put in a request for the refunds, but the refunds could only be issued if the apps hadn't been used yet.
Flash forward 3 months and I try to download something from the App Store and I am prompted to put in my password. I do so and I get an error message saying that my account is locked. I clicked the button to reset my password and it said I would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hrs later I receive an email saying that I will receive a call to reset my password in 3 days. This whole time I can't use anything requiring my Apple ID on my phone. I finally get a link to reset my password, I do so and then try to login with my new password but I get the same error message that my account is locked. I call Apple customer service and get transferred a few times because no one can resolve my issue. After an hour I am transferred to a "senior advisor" who reviews my account and tells me that it was compromised so Apple locked my Apple ID for my security. I asked how these 2 events couple be rated because the lock didn't occur until 3 months after my account had been hacked. Her exact response was " sometimes it takes a while to kick in". So Apple, in an abundance of precaution, locked my account for me THREE MONTHS AFTER my account was hacked. How sweet of them. The senior advisor then told me that she would put in a request for my Apple ID to be restored and she would call me back in 72 hrs. So it has been an entire 7 days that I have been locked out of my account and unable to use any of the Apple services (that I'm still paying for) on my iPhone. Pretty sure my next phone will be a Samsung
Only Price was increasing year by year but not quality, Expecting Lot of new updates, New Colours are awesome.

I'm big on Customer Service and integrity. As a consumer that spends a lot of money with apple and actually love the product when it's time to resolve issues they are not helpful at all. Fist time was when they messed up my phone bill with Verizon when I lost my IPhone 10XR phone I reported it lost to Apple. At first the phone would not read for a few days and show a phone and say that it was connecting. I was Unable to use the phone for the remainder of the month and by the time the bill was due all of a sudden 2 iPhone 12pro max popped up but my number was still not connected and I reach out multiple times to both parties to help with the issue. All I was trying to do was merge my numbers together which I couldn't do In my Verizon app and neither could any customer service team. And it looked as if they couldn't verify my phone and if I didn't go in their store I would Of been ripped off $100 dollars because of a error. The second time was when they where taking payments from my Apple Pay and my primary card was was Apple Cash with cash in it which put me in a bind with my personal bank account because they have been charging the wrong card on file when Apple would make the card my primary card to get charged in my wallet. I called To get the issues resolved in which they helped a little, but when I asked for not a refund of the balances but a receipt saying that the issue got resolved because they had to explai today it was no way that they could help me which was no help in resolving the issue with my personal bank over miscommunication with a product costing me over a hundred dollars that could of easily been avoided with writing stating that a issue got fixed.

Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
