Worst company ever! Coming from an android user I decided to go with the new 11 Pro Max connected on my accounts to a bank information I was using Apple Pay they had a limit of $10,000 I made a transaction went anywhere or use the mobile banking have to transfer money onto the Apple Pay to transfer to my shop bank account and they locked my account for three days and told me they would review it and unlock him another day so I can get my money back because obviously belongs to me today comes up and they made up some bull$#*! excuse saying that her son fraud or suspicious movements in my account $3600 down the drain no way to get it back I have to feed my family I have kids have payments I have to make bills and they don't care they are like robots All they can say is they don't know even up to corporate they cannot tell me why is my account locked No details nothing we're just gonna keep my money no way how to get it back they have my They have my identity my license my Social Security number everything they could possibly imagine to have to verify that it's me and that's my account and I still don't open it back up I'm definitely never coming back to Apple now I'm gonna sell the stupid iPhone and as much as I can post everywhere that I can do apples palling worst company to go to especially with money $#*! Apple $#*! the whole company $#*!ed a guy who invented it and $#*! everyone who works for it hope you're mother$#*!ers die pieces of $#*!No help at all any other bank with a trailer best to help you out to confirm to verify that the money is yours especially when it's from unemployment and your only income piece of $#*!ing $#*! now I have to figure out how I'm going to tell my wife that I can't put food on the table for the next couple weeks $#*!s all the way up to corporate in $#*!ing CEO are you guys $#*!ing $#*!s

This phone has ruined my life. It has repeatedly malfunctioning issues, which I have video of. I made appointment with geek squad well it's not doing it now. If I get a call while using gps my phone would lock into live video. Where I'd be stranded on the side of the road hoping for it to stop. It has repeatedly locked me out for days when I've not changed or did anything. No phone for five days once, only to finally be told sim must of went bad. I've called in several times were they walk you through all the bs, complete waste of time. Purchased at Best Buy with AT&T service with geek squad and apple care plus, No incentives full price for phones. All I ever get to do is try to fix what should work as a normal phone. It has left me angry as I can possibly be and in tears. I've repeatedly told them it's doing this and I have identity theft issues and fraud and a messed up phone malfunctioning doesn't help. When trying to recover accounts and they text you a code, I didn't even get that, Says account recovery takes up to 14 days. Being drove completely insane I laid on truck bumper to open garage, many hrs later, I find, make appointment with Apple and I'm told bc find my iPhone is on and we're they've repeatedly signed me out that I have to sign in and turn that off. Regardless that's been my complaint the whole time. I'm standing there with receipt, box it came in and my broken phone that I've complained about at least 8/10 times in six months. Seems like complete insanity, so my phone has done exactly what I complain about, and it broken and insured and again I come home with no phone. You would think a single mom could get better support from such big corporate companies. I'm in the process of divorce and settling my whole estate and I'm suppose to get into a broken phone or wait 14 days. For what my whole life and account to be drained. I. m rather sure it shouldn't be this difficult filing a claim shouldn't make you want to go into a rage. Do you not know what it's like to barely afford something only to get a pos that drives you insane, while every little nice useless helpless costumer service just basically redirects you to more bs. Well here let me transfer you to some nice music while you wait you could Lysol your ammunition. Oh hello let's start the $#*! over, really? Yes I have insurance and y'all act like your broker than me. You really should push people. Your taking me from nice lady you'd want to care for your family to might see this crazy lady on the news. Stop pulling chains before one breaks.
