I can't say anything bad. They are very helpful with problems... Their products are a bit high prised but that's the only neg.
So we recently visited the Regent Street store (we live on the Isle of Wight) having hit brick walls trying to report our iPad fault online, for our kit, still well within the one year warranty. At our technician appointment it starts well and, close to the end of our time together, he indicates how immaculate our kit is and starts to offer a brand new iPad. For clarity our fault was the charging port not working w/no visible damage. Suddenly he then guides he has to send it away for the repair team to review. Btw we appreciate it's not our technician steering this, but the dictatorial Apple repair 'decision tree'.We reluctantly agree. Four working days later the repair team notify us, via email, to say it's water damaged ( genuinely impossible given limited usage usually in the expensive docking station) and it will cost nearly £700 to fix. We try to escalate (though given no access to a process to allow us to do this) and decline asking for it to be returned so we can then look what we do next. The biggest kick in the teeth? We've just received it back 48 hrs later with visible new external damage and scratches, as well as dirty finger marks all over the screen and half a sticker muckily left (and stuck hard) on the back - residual evidence of a shoddy internal tracking process. I bought an iPhone 4 and quit Apple product after 18 months when it became redundant due to their frequent software updates forcing purchase of new kit. My husband has been an Apple advocate for 30 years and encouraged me back last year when collectively as a business we invested £12k in new kit. We're both disgusted and seriously discourage ANYONE from considering buying Apple kit. 1000 % style over substance and it will be your biggest regret.

Everything is great about the phone but i still cant manage to keep my phone on during the whole day. I hope they find a quick solution for this.
I have recently had two dealings with Apple I got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro within the year of owning it it completely died being within the manufacturers warranty I contact apple to have them replace it. I went to multiple stores every store the same thing tried to make up any excuse they could to not replace my device it's a good thing that I had AT&T as my carrier they did the right thing for me and replaced my device they also I had a run-in with I have a once again regarding Apple Cash and or Apple pay I was in a tight spot I had a friend send me some money should've been available immediately however Apple decided they wanted to review even though they had already received the funds from the Senders bank. I called to try and have my money given to me and they wanted to hold it hostage for two days called and spoke to managers no one wanted to do anything or cared about the terrible position that I was in at the time heartless shush bags they wanted to give me a line they were protecting me by leaving me in a tight spot that I was in because I was unable to obtain those funds to my friend went out of their way to send me could've got lost my job and an area is in could've been killed frying hoe I will never buy an Apple product again every dealing I've had with them recently tells me they're heartless $#*! bags
I found all my iPhone cameras to be poor - the macro and zoom are only passable, the image stabilization is not great and the color register is not true to the light, especially at night, the photos always seem to have an orange cast to them. I dislike that they don't have any non metal Mac laptop covers on in iPhones cases any longer as i have a nickle allergy so they tweek my wrists and hands. I much preferred the white plastic casing on both items, even if they had a tendency to break more easily if dropped. Ould be nice if one could have plastic casing as a purchase option. The power cords wear out so quckly they are nearly disposable, and each device seems to demand a dfferent jack, so one has to have 6 different power cords around, frather than having one for phones and one for computers. We have had better luck purchasing replacements on Amazon and Ebay than from Apple. They seem to last longer as do the chargers. I also dislike that there is no customer service via email. You basically need to shlep into the store if you having a problem with any of their products. I wish they had customer tec support via phone or email.

We have 8 iPads, 2 iPhones, Apple TV, 2 iMacs, 1 laptop, 6 iPods, and many Apple apps we use, such as Ultimate Guitar Pro. We bought all the devices, over time, because we loved Apple and there was a need at the time. Now? I'd never ever have all these Apple devices, never! They are so unreliable that I found myself trouble-shooting every day, sometimes on the phone with Apple for hours (check your phone records Apple, for Shelley Soden). I got pretty good at trouble-shooting, but it frustrated me so much it wore me out. Today, we have a couple of devices and app issues which we have left glitchy because it's just too much trouble and takes up too much time, to keep trouble-shooting or calling Apple to do so. We have a life outside of this CONSTANT trouble shooting. It's quite infuriating. We used to LOVE Apple - now - not at all. As each device dies, it will never be replaced. Our only option seems to be to purchase less devices and lessen our "trouble-shooting window". Great for your future sales Apple!
What's not to like?
Except that Apple is falling the way of all Giants. Quality and effort starts to take a tumble from the rarified air up there.

Since April 1,2022, what was supposed to be a simple bug fix update has turned into a nightmare. The App Review Team and App Review Board have been consistently rejecting my app, the reason being:
"Guideline 4.3 - Design We continue to find that your app provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language, which is considered a form of spam."
This is 100% false because my app has unique features not found on other apps on the App Store. My app does comply with the App Store Review Guidelines because it offers unique, high quality features not found on other apps.
Based on their definition of 4. 3. 0, their claim of my app violating 4. 3. 0 is false and not valid.
The strange part is that the supposedly similar apps don't offer the features that my app offers, yet those apps are able to get their app submissions approved (April 2022).
I should also mention that those apps were published after mine. I have already notified them about this. I have provided screenshots, video demos, source code, spoken to the App Review team and the App Review Board, filed numerous appeals and they are still rejecting the app because of 4. 3. 0.
They appear to be ignoring the information I've been providing and are responding to me with generic responses.
At this time, as I have exhausted all options, I've filed a complaint with the BBB and have consulted a lawyer to look at this case. Based on our initial investigation, it is evident that there is anti-competitive practices, selective bias, and unfair treatment going on in the App Store. I should state that this isn't the first time the App Store has been accused of this.
The apple experience really leaves little more to be desired. My go-to place for electronics. Perfect is a world where everything is Apple.

More than 30 minutes wait time just to pick up to a phone! The staff is not helpful at all. The store is completely unprepared to serve customers.

Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
