I sent this in trying to get some help, only to be lied to. They can't help you with any online orders,
I place an online order on Sep 24,2020,
I live in Baton Rouge the nearest Apple store is The Mall of Louisiana, my online order was sent to the wrong the wrong store( Apple Lakeside Shopping Center, 3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA *******, *******400 an hour and 30 minutes AWAY REALLY PEOPLE! I'M TRYING TO STAY WITH APPLE BUT I DON'T KNOW? I ASKED IF my order could be shipped to my store here in Baton Rouge, LA the Mall of Louisiana I was told NO, for the past several month I've been catching HELL from APPLE, Why can't My online order be Shipped, NOW!
I have to wait 3 to 5 business day for my refund, I called and tried to see if my online order could be shipped to the Baton Rouge, LA Mall of Louisiana area, they told me NO!, I don't want it shipped because I tried the shipping, July 16,2020. Every thing came damage, and it toke me over a month to get my refund back the last order. So I want to do pick-up only! I need some one to help me I love APPLE, but I've been having to many disappointments, I guess it's time to move on.

NEW Iphone-X DOA!

Purchased a new IPhone X from
The apple online store for my daughter's birthday. I've had problems in the
Past getting merchandise from the store in a timely manner, so I ordered her
Phone a number of weeks early so it would be here for her birthday. After she opened her gift we went to the ATT store to have the new phone activated (this phone was still in an unopened box) and it was DOA, could not be turned on and plugging
It in did nothing. The ATT store directed us to an authorized apple repair
Store nearby for help. We went there and the phone could not be turned on, they
Said it was some sort of internal error code and would need to be returned to
Apple. I called Apple support, described the issue, and told them we needed a
New replacement phone. They first tried to charge us $38 for the return repair
Which was totally unacceptable (this was a brand new phone ordered from the
Apple store which was DOA, still has all the plastic wrap on the phone).
Finally I was given over to a supervisor who arranged for the phone to be
Returned and then a new one will be shipped out. I asked if a new one could be
Shipped out (I was willing to secure it with a credit card number until they
Received the DOA phone back) but he said NO. So the DOA phone is in route back
To Apple and supposedly a new IPhone X will be shipped out to us at some future
Date. Meanwhile my daughter waits for her birthday present-a new phone x from
The online Apple store. This has been a totally disgusting experience, I doubt
I will ever do business with Apple again. Complete incompetence!

THEFT

BOUGHT FOUR APPLE IPHONES REPAIRED THEM AND REINSTALLED THE SOFTWARE. THEN APPLE DEACTIVATED THEM SAYING THAT I WAS NOT THE OWNER OF THE PHONES.SO AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT WITH THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT POINTING OUT THAT IN ENGLISH LAW WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS THEFT. THEY SAID THAT IF I CAN PROVIDE THEM WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THE IMEI NUMBERS OF THE PHONES THEY WILL ACTIVATE THEM. BUT AFTER THEY WERE SENT THE RECEIPTS AND IMEI NUMBERS APPLE IRELAND GOT IN TOUCH AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT ACTIVATE MY PHONES SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT BELONG TO ME.SO I COMPLAINED SAYING THAT THEY WERE THEIVES AND FRAUDSTERS SO MY REGISTERED APPLE IPHONE THEY DEACTIVATED THAT AS WELL SO I HAD NO PHONE ATE ALL. ANYONE BUYING AN APPLE PRODUCT MUST NEED THEIR HEAD LOOKING AT BECAUSE AFTER CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURES IN CHINA WHAT APPLE SELL THEM FOR CHINA WAS WILLING TO SELL THEM TO ME FOR £300 LESS THAN APPLE. YOU ALL GOT RIPPED.

The iPhone is just there. It's good for old people who can't figure it out but they need to make other versions to appeal to the younger consumers. After all, kids as young as elementary school are carrying their very own phone. Might I suggest a waterproof design. Maybe a more durable design for those people who are always on the go. Like me, I am a longboarder and I have to have my phone with me but I always fear it falling out of my pocket while on a hill or falling in a pool or rain starting. I would also like to see an iPhone with more personality. Every one's iPhone looks the same. From the hardware to the software. Other than the 5c, your only choices are black, white, and recently gold. The software could also use more individuality. I feel the only way to add a more personal touch is by jailbreaking. I'm afraid to do that because I don't want to brick my phone. Changing the Bakcground is unfortunately not enough to satisfy those more visual and unique, like myself. I often get bored of my Iphone 5c and I plan to change to a better more customizeable and more durable phone as soon as my contract expires.

IPhones frustrate the hell out of me. Why are they so difficult to use. Nothing is straight forward like no back buttons like you get on Samsung's.

Faulty phone
