HAVE BEEN A NATWEST CUSTOMER FOR SOME YEARS BUT NOW WE DO NOT GET ON. NATWEST ARE INSISTING THAT BANK TRANSFERS ARE NOT CARD PAYMENTS WHICH ARE COVERED BY THE BANK FOR FRAUD REPAYMENTS.SO FAR I HAVE OVER £600 IN FRAUD PAYMENTS WHICH NATWEST WILL NOT HONOR BECAUSE THEY INSIST THEY NOT CARD PAYMENTS. I HAVE TOLD THEM WHAT OTHER BANKS WORLD WIDE SAY AND HAVE DO FOR ME. THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A BANK TRANSFER WITHOUT THE USE OF YOUR BANKING CARD. BARCLAYS REPAID ME £420 WHERE NATWEST REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.THE BANK OF AMERICA SAID A PAYMENT I MADE TO THEM IS COVERED AS A FRAUD CARD PAYMENT AGAIN NATWEST REFUSED TO CONTACT THE BANK OF AMERICA TO COLLECT MY MONEY A SUM OF £520.SO FAR NATWEST HAVE £600 OF MY MONEY AND ARE REFUSING TO ANSWER NOW EVEN THEIR HEAD OFFICE IS TELLING LIES..

BOUGHT FOUR APPLE IPHONES REPAIRED THEM AND REINSTALLED THE SOFTWARE. THEN APPLE DEACTIVATED THEM SAYING THAT I WAS NOT THE OWNER OF THE PHONES.SO AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT WITH THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT POINTING OUT THAT IN ENGLISH LAW WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS THEFT. THEY SAID THAT IF I CAN PROVIDE THEM WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THE IMEI NUMBERS OF THE PHONES THEY WILL ACTIVATE THEM. BUT AFTER THEY WERE SENT THE RECEIPTS AND IMEI NUMBERS APPLE IRELAND GOT IN TOUCH AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT ACTIVATE MY PHONES SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT BELONG TO ME.SO I COMPLAINED SAYING THAT THEY WERE THEIVES AND FRAUDSTERS SO MY REGISTERED APPLE IPHONE THEY DEACTIVATED THAT AS WELL SO I HAD NO PHONE ATE ALL. ANYONE BUYING AN APPLE PRODUCT MUST NEED THEIR HEAD LOOKING AT BECAUSE AFTER CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURES IN CHINA WHAT APPLE SELL THEM FOR CHINA WAS WILLING TO SELL THEM TO ME FOR £300 LESS THAN APPLE. YOU ALL GOT RIPPED.

THEY STOLE MY BANKING DETAILS AFTER DELETION AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR AMAZON PRIME IN USING MY DELETED DETAILS AND NOW SAY I HAVE HAD AN ADVERT IN FOR MONTHS DEMANDING PAYMENT. I HAVE HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY.

ORDERED AN ELECTRIC MOPED FROM ALIBABA THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NOTHING IN RETURN ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM ALIBABA.COM.CN NEEDS THEIR HEAD SEEING TO. THEY MAKE UP PICTURES OF FACTORIES WHEN THEY ARE ALL FAKE.IT, S ABOUT TIME CHINA REMOVED THEM FROM INTERNATIONAL TRADING IF THEY WERE IN FRONT OF ME I WOULD GIVE THEM A GOOD HIDING.

“A customer for more than 23 years, been trying to close an account since Sept. 2021. Appalling dealing with my request. Transfer was supposed to take a week, then got a message saying not before January 2024!”
