A Trillion Dollar Company with no Innovation

I'm done with Apple. The iPhone is junk. I'm switching to Android. The phone has problems that are never fixed. The Apple store looks stupid. They can't help you with any problems.

I have a IPhone 8 Plus. I can't change the cell number for a new one because I forgot the Apple password and they keep sending the code to my old cell number. The Apple store can't help either. What is the huge store for besides sales? Also, I can't get a screen protector for it because they don't make it anymore. I looked at the iPhone 14 but Steve Job's daughter says it is the same as IPhone 13?!? (Google it) No wonder Apple is a Trillion dollar company, they are Crooks.

I am utilizing MacBook Pro. 13" and I am React-Native-Developer, Now I am thinking to change to windows PC due to its hanging issues and its inept charger. Generously figure out how to make chargers from different PCs, Because it continues tumbling from the attachment.

AirPods Pro's

Dear apple, I had brought these airpod pros in the end of December of 2021 it's been 8 months since I had them and today on August 7,2022 I had realized that when I went to go plug them in the AirPods them self were just charging but the AirPods case wasn't I don't know if the battery is acting weird but if anyone else has these types of problems or someone could help I would appreciate that much

I get it, Apple has good products... but so does Samsung... why are their products so damn expensive? Can you imagine if you buy an iphone, an ipad and a macbook? You'll need a fortune

TERRIBLE

I still do not understand why ppl like these proucts. They are so cumbersome to use! And CS is a joke. I told the rep over and over, the more I delete off my phone the more storage the "other/systems" takes up and I cannot sync with Onedrive which gives me 1TB of storage. She had me reset effectively killing any contacts I added since 2018! Then to reset my phone I wanted to send an authentication code! WHAT IF THAT WAS MY ONLY APPLE DEVICE!
This rep in another country could not understand my concerns, the product has wasted so much of my time, money, effort.

Good customer service

I accidentally created a duplicate kids account because I was setting up my old phone for my niece and I created a double for her and I contacted apple customer service and asked for help removing the account so I could properly make her an account and they were really helpful and walked me through the process and after my issue was resolved they emailed me saying the duplicate accounts were deleted I was over all content with their service

I broke my phone after years of having it. Bought a new one and realized I didn't have my new Apple ID that I was prompted to change multiple times bcus it was in the notes of my old broken phone. I clicked forgot Apple ID which took me down a journey of long wait times, rude customer service reps that don't take notes and hang up on you when they realize they can't help you because they aren't knowledgeable enough.
They ask for the card on file for verification purposes but your Apple ID but Apple Card's don't have the numbers on them. They have an automated process that gives you a day and time 2 to 3 weeks out that they'll text or call you and neither happens. When you call in they tell you to just repeat the process and the same thing happens.
It's been 2 months without access to my contacts or anything associated with my phone and it's looking like a lost cause as I got hung up on by a customer service rep again this morning.
Security is one thing but rude and unknowledgeable customer service is another. Would advise to go with another company as I will be.

Apple Stores don't carry Apple refurbished items. So, we'll shop for the computer online, but go to the Apple Store for accessories and in-person support.

Innovative products, unequalled service, built with long lasting high quality components (unlike most PCs which are designed for a 2 to 3 service life).

We've bought dozens of Apple computers, iPhones, iPods, Apple TVs, printers and all have worked many years longer than their PC counterparts. We're still using two LaserWriter 16/600PS laser printers and a PowerBook G4 Titanium built in 1998... Yes that's 15 YEARS ago! The printers have printed 100,000+ pages and the PowerBook still runs both the old OS 9 and OSX in a high usage office environment.

Steve Jobs was a genius... and Apple Computer is his legacy with Apple still innovating and building super high quality products now and for years to come.

Not bad. Though the product they make that I like best is the Ipod, no need for a tablet, that's what a laptop is for. For a laptop I'd much rather go with a windows computer
